[Y/N] POV
I refused to go back to the Chateau for a whole month, staying in the same hospital room, Saiko and Kuki, sometimes Mutsuki, came to see me, until one day...
I woke up from the same dream I had for the past few weeks. The same dream I had on my first day here is still haunting me. Panting heavily, I plop back on the pillows, closing my eyes
"Fuck it..."
Until the door swinged open, but I couldn't see who it was... I didn't care... I kept my eyes closed
The door was closed as some footsteps made contact with the tiled floor, coming closer. Controling my breath to look like I was sleeping, a really soft thud is heard on the night stand from my left. I feel the same person's movement, as their breathing was soft, inaudible for a normal human ear
They're looking at me...
"I'm sorry"
They walk away as I slowly open my eyes. The person had black hair and it was dressed in a black coat with gloved hands
It was... Sasaki...
"Liar..." I muttered when he opened the door, but stopped a little before closing it back and walked away
Looking at the night stand, a bouquet of red spider liles was resting on the top of it, secured in white folding paper with a small red ribbon
"I don't need your pity..."
Author POV
"What are you doing here?" Asked Urie, looking in disgust at Sasaki
"I came to see [Y/N]-chan" he answers with a neutral look on his face
"Does she want to see you?" Hissed the purple haired male, frowning
"I just came to say my apologies, nothing more"
"(Go fuck yourself) Right" sighed Urie, reaching for the door knob to [Y/N]'s room. "...Black Reaper"
In only a month, Sasaki Haise became one of the most feared ghoul investigator from the CCG, known now as the Black Reaper of the CCG
[Y/N] POV
"Hey" greeted Kuki, opening the door
"Hey" I greet back in a bit of a cheerful tone, leaning on the pillows
"I see you're happier than usual" he stated, flashing a small smile while taking a seat in the same chair next to the hospital bed
"A little"
"Lycoris radiata" he bluntly said, looking at the bouquet
"I like them, but not these ones" I said, looking at them as well
"(I know) Why?"
"It's stained with the blood that fucker spilled from killing the ghouls" I simply answer
"[Y/N], come back to the Chateau" he pleaded
"Kuki, I..." I sighed
"It's been a month already, [Y/N] (It's so lonely without you)" he frowned
"Okay..." I sighed
"Wait... really?" He furrowed his brows
"Really" I said, looking away. "I need to stop clinging on the past"
"All right..." he sighed, getting up from the chair. "I'll see what I can do--"
"I wanna see Shirazu as well" I cut
