It was the middle of night. The VJN was still enjoying it's Fresher's party. Some were dancing, some were busy flirting while some were enjoying the excitement in the air. But two individuals, were completely unaware about the state of the party.

Naina was hugging Sameer so tightly, as if she would die without his warmth. Sameer was however, extremely shocked, to say the least.

After the horrific confrontation with Naina in the corridor, Sameer simply stood there , shocked and miserable with guilt. He didn't notice when Naina escaped the place, and wandered off somewhere. When he finally came to his senses, she was gone. Sameer followed her and saw the most horrific scene, one could imagine. His blood was boiling. How could someone do that to her? But most of all, he was angry at her. What was she thinking, wandering off in an empty road, this late? Didn't she read any news about how the city was so unsafe for women these days?

But all the anger evaporated, when he saw her beautiful face covered with tears. Before he even had a chance of saying anything, the most unexpected thing happened. She hugged him. Yes, she, Naina hugged him, Sameer Maheshwari. He still couldn't believe what was happening. Before he could comprehend, she spoke,
"Sameer. Tum aa Gaye. Main kitna darr gayi thi. Woh log... Woh". She sobbed even harder. It was a miracle that she managed to speak between her sobs.

Sameer's heart broke even further. He quickly wrapped his hands around her petite figure and kept his head over her head. She fitted so perfectly with his body, as if she was made for him. His hands moved more downwards and rested on her waist, securing her to himself. He gently soothed her and he buried his nose in her neck, smelling her fruity scent. He pulled her even closer, if possible.

Sameer towered over the petite and little Naina. He had to strain his neck, to enjoy her warmth. He gently lifted her upwards by her waist, so that she was level with him and again wrapped his hands around her tightly, so that even a tiny breeze cannot pass between them.

Naina felt liquid heat pooling between her legs. Anticipation was running in her nerves and she felt as if she would burst any second. Her head was resting on his neck and she could actually feel his heartbeat. His hands were on her waist and the skin of her waist was burning. What was happening to her? Why was she feeling that? And most importantly, what was she feeling? She had no idea, but truly, she didn't wanted to know anyway. She just knew that she was secured in the world's safest arms and no one can come to her know.

The hug seemed to go on forever, since neither of them felt like ending it anyway. Sameer gently lowered her on the ground and he placed a soft kiss on her forehead. Naina shivered from the contact. Out of instinct, Sameer quickly wrapped his jacket around her, mistaking the cold breeze as the reason of her shiver. He took her hand in his and wiped off her tears.

Naina finally calmed down and looked into his eyes. Sameer took her dainty hand and pulled her to towards his car, which was parked a few yards away. They walked in complete silence, and Naina followed him, not asking a single question.

They reached his car and Sameer gestured her to sit inside. Naina obliged and Sameer took the driver's seat. He started the car and drove off. After about ten minutes or so, he finally stopped the car and Naina looked around.

It was a tiny tea shop and the area around it was completely deserted. Green forests surrounded the area and Naina could hear the distinct buzz of the fireflies. The place was extremely calm and serene. An old man was sitting at the tea shop and a variety of delicious dry sweets in plastic containers and paans were also there. Sameer removed his seatbelt and got out. Naina too followed him out. Sameer gaved at the tea shop fondly and diverted his gaze to her,
" Yeh meri favourite jagah hai Naina. Yahaan aakar mujhe bahut sukoon milta hai. Yeh zyada famous jagah nahi hai, aur zyada acchi condition mein bhi nahi hai. Lekin phir bhi..." He looked at the old wooden chairs of the tea stall and its plastic jars, which contained candies.
