Saiki sat down at his desk, not being very interested in the book he's picked up, he found himself getting bored and tired easily, making it feel more like work.
Of course, it was a book that wasn't spoiled almost immediately from his telepathy.
As he mindlessly read the words, without really grasping them, his brain started drifting again.
His dad opens the door, which starts Saiki, not being able to tell when people are approaching him anymore.
"Kusuo dinners ready- hm? Oh, you're reading that! have you gotten to the part where the captain stabs himself yet?" He asks dimwittedly
This causes Kusuo to slam the book in rage, and turn to his father, making him flinch in fear, just by habit.
"Sorryyyy~," Kuniharu says, calling his hands together and putting them in front of his face "But geez, why are you still reading that? Isn't it kind of awful?"
"It's so awful that it hasn't been spoiled by my telepathy" Saiki mutters, getting out of his chair
"But you don't have telepathy anymore!"
"True, I got rid of my powers, but there hasn't been any bigtime series that came out since then."
"And you remember all of the spoilers?"
"I-"
"So you remember how full metal ended?"
"Uh"
"You remember all of the spoilers?"
"Urm.."
Oh my God,
The next day, Saiki stepped out of his house and was greeted by Kaido and Nendou.
After a few blocks of Kaido and Nendou arguing, he thought that he doesn't really have a list of things to read/ watch.
"Hey uh-" he starts, and both of their heads turn quickly
"I just finished if possible, satomotto so-" Kusuo began, getting cut off
"Oh!! You're asking for recommendations?" Kaido beams
Trailing into a rant
"Uh... yeah I guess do you know any good-" Kusuo tries, being cut off again by Kaido
"You would love death note, Saiki!!"
He exclaims, furthering into the plot. Eventually getting the pink haired boy hooked.
"Yeah... I'll pick that up" he says, a lot more excited than he seemed
Though Kaido knew that, somehow.
"You can just borrow a copy of mine!"
Kaido tells him, still happy about being asked
"T-thanks," Saiki says, almost intimidated about how happy Kaido got.
