Some witches live by certain rules, others don't. It's completely the witches choice whether to have rules or not. Some don't even call them rules; more like goals.

I cannot stress enough to tell you that all witches are different. All of them are different. One witch might follow a certain set of rules, while another might not. It's completely up to the witch; you.
