Amelia's POV I was woken up by someone shaking me. I flutter my eyes open and I see soph. "What" i said rudely because your bitch is tired.
"We are here" she said. I immediately get up from the seat in the car. I run to the door of our house. I was about to open the door but my dad opened it from the other side. I hurried and hugged him. Once I let go he started talking.
"I need to talk to you" he said nervously walking to the living room so I followed him to the living room and sat down on the couch.
"What is it dad?" I asked getting worried since he looks nervous to tell me.
"I have been talking to a wonderful women for a while and while you were at camp I asked her to marry me and she said yes" he said really fast.
"What!!" I yelled. My dad said ever scince my mom died that he would never fall in love again and all this other shit and now he tells me that he is engaged tf.
"Look she is so sweet and kind and loving" "You will love her" he said calmly.
"whatever" I said I don't want to replace my mom with nobody no matter how sweet she is or whatever. No one can be better than my mom.
"When you meet her and get to know her you will love her " my dad said reassuring that this bitch is going to be perfect.
"I'm going to my room is max in there?" I said changing the subject. I just want to be alone with max cuz max can always bring up my mood.
"Yeah" he said. I go upstairs and go into my room.

I see max (my husky) laying on the floor. When he sees me wags his tail and comes to me.
