I woke up surrounded by an array of clothes and bedsheets. Me and Draco had just spent the rest of the day talking about other muggle things that he didn't know about.
I lifted my head up slightly to see Draco sprawled next to me. I couldn't tell what time it was, so I sat up and looked around Ron's orange room for a clock. I couldn't find one so I stood up. It wasn't until I walked past a mirror that I realised that I was not wearing any underwear. I lent down and pulled a white sheet over myself and walked out of the room.
Once on the landing I saw a clock that said it was 7:48am. It was pretty difficult to read considering it had nine hands. I turned and walked back into Ron's room. Draco was still asleep. I went to my trunk and pulled some clothes on. I put on a plain blue t shirt, ripped jeans and and some dark blue converse. I decided should wake Draco after I had brushed my teeth.
When I was walking to the bathroom I met Arthur in the hall way.
"What are you doing dressed this early?" He said rubbing his eyes.
"Oh I was going to tell you at breakfast, I'm going to try and take Draco to a walk in clinic" I said looking up at Arthur.
"What's a walk in clinic?" He asked.
"Umm it's like a doctors but you don't have to have an appointment" I said.
"Wonderful" he said nodding his head. "Harry I think it's a good idea, you taking Draco to see someone" he said as he patted me on the shoulder.
"Thank you" I said.
"I would love to adventure into the muggle world with you, but I guess I better man the ship eh" he said as he walked away. I chucked, it was amusing how impressed he is by little things. I walked into the bathroom and began to brush my teeth. I looked at myself in the mirror, my scar was visible on my forehead so I moved my hair to hide it. That was something I didn't want to explain. After I had finished I walked back to the bedroom.
I gave Draco a light prod with my foot to wake him.
"Mmmm" Draco said as he rolled over.
"Come on Draco do you wanna go to this thing or what?" I said prodding him again. Draco slowly sat up.
"What time is it?" He asked.
"Nearly eight" I replied sitting on Ron's bed. Draco got up and put on his Slytherin jumper.
"You can't wear that" I said. "What? My jumper?" Draco asked pointing at the green sweater.
"Yeah, people will ask questions" I said.
"Oh Alright" he said lifting his jumper over his head.
I loved it when he did that, that split moment when he was taking his top off and his arms were stretched up. His pale abdomen is completely defined.
"Well, what shall I wear then?" He said shrugging his shoulders.
"Hold on" I said jumping up and walking to my trunk. I pulled out a worn red knitted sweater. "Here" I said as I threw it at him. He put it on,
"your 'H' jumper!" Draco said smiling, "it's my favourite" he said rolling up the sleeves. It was super oversized for him but he looked really cute, like a puppy wrapped up in a blanket.
We both walked down stairs together, Ginny was sat at he table doing some school work. She looked up to see Draco wearing my jumper. She smiled,
"See ya" she said giving a small wave.
"Bye" I said and Draco just waved back. We walked out of the door and down the long driveway. Once we reached a small country road we walked down the middle of it holding hands.
"Remember to not mention anything remotely related to magic" I said.
"I kind of like this, it's like a secret mission" he said smiling at me. I laughed,
"should we make you a secret identity?" I asked.
"No I don't want to complicate this outing anymore" he said squeezing my hand a little tighter.
Eventually we reached the little bus stop at the end of the road. There was only a small bench to sit on. A women wrapped up in a large pink coat was rocking a buggy back and forth. She looked at me and Draco and then looked at out I intertwined hands and smiled. I gave her a small nod.
The bus came a few minutes later, Draco had to hide his surprise as the automatic doors opened. I walked on and went to pay. The bus driver saw me and Draco holding hands before we had got onto the bus. He gave us a 'look', I could tell he wasn't very happy.
"Two teens please" I said reaching into my pocket to produce a £5 note. Draco was standing behind me fascinated.
"Is that a return?" the bus driver said without looking at me.
"Yes please" I said politely. He held out his hand and I gave him the money. Still he didn't look at me, the ticket machine buzzed as it was printing out our tickets. I grabbed them and said, "thank you."
I then led Draco down the bus to some free seats. We both sat down. The bus was pretty empty apart from a few old women sitting at the front and of course the mother and her baby.
"What was that bit of paper you gave that man?" Draco asked in a quiet voice.
"Muggle money" I replied in an equally quiet volume.
"Ahh" Draco said as he nodded his head.
The bus hissed and began to go forward. Draco looked out of the window confused.
"Is this as fast as it goes?" He asked.
"Yes unfortunately" I laughed.
