Time Pov

I'm walking through the street with my hoodie on and hands on my pocket. I'm just bored staying at my place cause i admit that i missed my brother. He might be busy right now with his case.

I just love walking around through the street at cold night. Yup, you heard it right. It's night time and i just love walking without location. Kung saan ako dalhin ng paa ko duon ako pupunta.

Suddenly my black book appeared infront of me floating. I just sigh. I guess. it's time. Kinuha ko yung librong asa harapan ko at binasa ko ang pangalan ng nakasulat dito. Napailing nalang ako and i snapped my finger.

Biglang nag iba ang paligid ko. I'm inside the hospital room and i can see the lil girl struggling with her breathing in her hospital bed. I just check my watch and looked again at the lil girl. Bigla naman nag panic ang mga tao sa loob cause her heartbeat become flat line and they call for the doctor for help. Her mother start crying while his father hugging her wife crying. I hate this kind of scene. I hate my job.

May biglang Tumagos naman sa katawan ko. The doctor with his Stethoscope and checking the child pulse. I just shook my head in disappointment. He's supposed to revive the patient. Finally, he used his head and start reviving the girl.

"Stupid" i murmured.

"CLEAR!!" Sigaw ng doctor sabay shocked sa bata gamit ng — psh.. i don't know what it calls basta yun na yun.

Patuloy parin sa pag revive ng doctor sa bata. while on the other side her mom & dad is still crying. I know it's a heartbreaking situation but my heart is too damn cold to feel it. I guess? My heart aint beating. i just sigh and look at the floor.

For more than 10 minutes they just keep reviving the girl while i'm just here standing infront of the hospital bed. I just looked into my watch at napatingin ako sa lil girl "It's time" i said and her souls begun to floats from her body. narinig ko naman mas lalong pag lakas ng iyak ng mommy nya.

I open my book and check her name 'Princess'. She also has a picture in it smiling. i trace it with my finger. i guess, i really don't have a heart cause maybe once you have. You will feel sorrow at yun ang wala ako.

"Time of death 1:51am" the doctor declared at mas lalong lumakas ang iyak ng mga taong asa paligid.

I motion my hands at pinalapit saakin ang soul ni lil girl. kumusot kusot naman siya ng mata at napangiti naman ako.

"Hello there" sabi ko habang kumakaway at nag tataka naman siyang tumingin sa paligid nya.

"Wh-who are you?" Takang tanong nya habang nakatingin saakin ng directa. I just smiled at her. she has no idea that she's dead. I used my power to make illusions so she won't see and hear her parents crying. I guess i still have a heart?

"I'm your guardian angel and we need to go somewhere a place. where you won't feel pain anymore. you want that right?" nakangiti kong sabi at i patted her head.

"Really?! and yes! I don't want to feel pain anymore." Masaya nyang sabi pero agad din eto napalitan ng lungkot.

"H-how about m-my mom & dad?" Nakayuko nyang sabi. I lift her chin at napatingin siya saakin.

"Don't worry. When time comes. They will meet you. Sooner or later" i said at hinawakan ko na kanyang kamay and i snapped my finger at asa harap na kami ng malaking pintuan. The door was black and has a golden doornob. To be honest i hate describing things.

Napatingin naman ako sa batang hawak ko. I can't help but smile cause she's cute. humarap naman ako pumantay sakanya at hinawakan ang mag kabila nyang kamay.

"You need to enter that giant door" sabay turo ko sa malaking pintuan at manghang tumingin na din siya dito.

Napatingin naman ako sa orasan ko at hinalikan ko siya sa forehead bago tumayo. "It's time lil princess. You need to go." i smily said. tumango lang eto at masayang binuksan ang pintuan ng biglang sobrang liwanag.

Bumalik naman siya saakin at bigla akong niyakap "thank you po, what's your name po?" Tanong nya habang nakayakap. I smiled bitterly. Yumuko naman ako para mag pantay kami.

"I'm Time" nakangiti kong sabi at ngumiti din siya pabalik.

"See you soon kuya Time!" She happily wave while walking down the door at nag wave din ako pabalik. ng mag sarado ang pinto. I just sigh.

I guess i really look like a boy with my haircut and i really hate my job.

Alam kong may idea na kayo sa mga nangyayari. Yes, you're right. I'm a grim reaper, na tagapag sundo ng mga souls. I've been living since? I don't know at kung paano akong naging grim reaper? I also don't know. Why ask so many questions kung hindi ko din alam ang sagot?

I snapped my finger again and here i am at the rooftop of the highest building. Looking down at the cars passing by while sitting at the railings.

I just sighed. My job is tiring and it's heartbreaking that seeing people cry and griefin' for those Souls, i'm picking. I just looked at the stars that are twinkling above the sky.

Inangat ko naman ang kamay ko sa isang stars that shines bright na parang makukuha ko eto. "Seems close yet so far." I whispered.

I'm not the typical grim reaper who wear long robe and shits. I'm just a normal person who can walk down the street but people can't see me except death's. Like now, i'm just wearing my black hoodie jacket, black ripped jeans, black yeezy adidas shoes and black masked on. I guess, i just love black. You can't help me cause i am a Grim reaper.

I felt something landed on my shoulder. i just smile while looking at my crow and i start petting her while looking at the busy streets.

"It's just you and me again, Raven." I whispered.
