"You don't know half the things you do to me." Was the Christmas party at Red Bull racing. The last one you would be attending with Daniel. He would go to Renault next year so that would be the last time you would see the people you spent your time with in the garage while Daniel was racing. You were currently sitting with Simon, his engineer, and Vicky his PR just catching up while Dan was on his way to get drinks for the four of you. You were laughing with Vicky about some of the mechanics drunkenly dance around as a hand was laid on your shoulder. Thinking it was Dan with your drinks you turned around with a wide smile on your face. "It's about time you come-" But next wasn't Daniel. It was Max with a shy grin on his face. "(Y/N) can I talk to you for a second?" He must have been drunk or at least tipsy because he slurred his words. You looked back at Vicky and she just shrugged her shoulders. "Tell Dan I'll be right back." She nodded and you followed Max to a closed off hallway. "So Max what did you want?" His gaze pierced through you. This couldn't end well. "Are you happy with Daniel?" A shocked expression overtook your face. Was he really asking you that? How much did he have to drink? "Of course I'm happy with Dan, we're engaged! Why would you even ask that?" Max crooked his head to the side in confusion. "Why am I asking? I'm asking because I've seen the way you look at me." He took a couple of steps forward, you taking these equaly back trying to keep the distance between the two of you. Your back was now against one of the walls and panic started to rise as Max came even closer to you. He leaned over you and grasped your wrists. "Max stop." But he didn't stop. Instead he put his lips over yours and noatter how much you tried to get out of his grip you were too weak. Tears started to stream down your face and when he was pulled away from you roughly you didn't even notice it. You slid down the wall and Vicky Sat down next to you. You looked up and saw Dan grabbing Max's collar and pushing him against the other wall. "Dude what's wrong with you?" Max looked at Dan with an unreadable expression. He really,was wasted. "Why would you do that? You know that we're engaged! You're my friend Max!" He seemed to realize what he had done and his shoulders sagged. "Daniel I'm so sorry." But Dan ignored it and helped you up Instead. "C'mon doll let's go. It late already." After the two of you went back to the hotel you were so exhausted that you fell asleep almost instantly against Daniel's chest. And Daniel couldn't help but post something about you two.
