I looked over at my clock. 7:08 am.
Oh, that's right! One more day until Caleb (hopefully) came back!!
I hopped out of bed and remembered that it was Halloween! I ran to Annie's room.
"Annieeee! Annieeee Banannieeee! Juliannieeee Graceeee LeBlanceeee."
But Juliannie Banannie must've been very tired.
"Shut up Hayley."
"Excuse me Ms. Lady?" I flipped my brown curls for effect. "It's HALLOWEEN."
Annie groaned.
I rolled my eyes. She's lucky I'm not telling Mommy. "Fine, you'll be okay with out any candy!" I ran back to my room and got out our old iPad and played some Halloween themed games. Halloween had always been my favorite holiday.

I don't really remember what happened that morning, but I think I told Hayley to shut up. Oops.
I did love Halloween, but I was really stressed out about Caleb still. He even had Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy!
Hayley's so hopeful that he's going to come home

After my dad left for work Mom got us kids in the car and drove us to school. I wasn't stupid enough to wear a costume to school.
My first year of middle school, and I had already gotten 5 five detentions.
Oh well.
Too late now.
Before school we stopped at Dunkin' Donuts. Penny, Holly and I got those frozen hot chocolates with whipped cream on the top.
Mom dropped me off first, and when I walked down the hall for homeroom some idiot bumped into me, my drink spilling all over my top.
"Hey! Watch it punk!"
