"A grilled cheese please." I smiled at the waiter as he gave me a confused look
"Thats on the kids menu ma'am Im sorry I cant serve that to you." He said hesitantly
"I am five fucking months pregnant. My child only lets me eat grilled cheese sandwiches." I said loudly
"Ma'am I am sorry I really cant serve you it." He stuttered
"I want the owner." I said as I saw Kat smile widely as he nodded and walked away
"Johnny said there was a problem over here?" I heard Kelly ask as I stood up
"Yes there is." I laughed as she saw my bump
"Oh my god! You and Luca are expecting!"She said pulling me into a hug
"Yes and all he wants is a grilled cheese and Johnny over there wont let me have one." I said as he paled
"Johnny do you know who this is?" She asked and he nodded no
"This is Luca DeRosas wife and my former neighbor in college before she decided to get married." She laughed as he nodded
"Now what ever she or Kat want they get ok. That goes for any DeRosa family member." She smiled and he ran off
"I swear it is hard to find decent help now." She groaned
"Sit with us. Catch up." Kat said as I sat back down with her following
"This restaurant will be the death of me." She laughed
"You are still doing great business." I said remembering having to help her start it up
"Ya we do. Im happy about it and I can never thank you and Luca enough for helping it get started. I have all the money to pay you back now." She laughed
"No dont pay us back. You are one of mine and Kats best friend. You are like family." I smiled
"So whats up with this?" She asked putting a hand on my stomach
"Oh you mean my abs. I kindof started to slip on my workouts." I laughed
"She finally got knocked up with my niece." Kat laughed
"Its not a girl Kat. Its a baby boy." I laughed as Kelly laughed
"Are you seeing anyone yet?" Kat asked seeing Kelly blush
"Maybe." She shrugged taking a sip of my lemonade
"Who is it?" I asked excitedly
"His name is Paul. He is such a sweetheart. Surprises me with flowers like every week, makes dinner or breakfast everyday. I swear I want to marry that man." She smiled
"Is it my Paul?" I asked and she looked confused as I watch Kat text him to come in
"Carrie whats up?" He asked out of breath behind
"Yes he is your Paul." She laughed as he looked upset at us for making him come in
"Dont do that again Kat." He said before giving Kelly a kiss and telling her he loved her before leaving us
"Well that makes sense for all the random relationship questions." I laughed as my food got brought out
"I will let you two enjoy. Lunch is on me. Love you two." She said leaving us alone

"I miss wine." I whined as we walked down the street
"Momma was so pissed when she found out for like two minutes because of the wine she ordered." Kat laughed as we walked into a baby store
"Why cant you be a girl?" She asked my stomach holding a cute little dress
"Maybe the next one." I laughed taking it and putting it away picking up a blue blanket
"How many are you wanting?" She asked as I shrugged
"Two. Three at most. I was the youngest of four kids and I hated it." I laughed
"Well you better have a girl. I will see you later I need to go to yoga by myself now cause of your pregnant ass." She said laughing walking out
"Im already scared for this one." Nico said making everyone else laugh
"I mean if he gets his dad temper you should be." Marco laughed
"Ha ha. He will be a little sweet heart." I said lovingly rubbing my stomach as they all four laughed uncontrollably
"Whatever." I said walking out towards Tiffanys

Two months later
"Fuck." I groaned as Luca ran into the closet
"Whats wrong?" He asked worried looking between me and the mess on the floor
"I cant wear my favorite jeans anymore." I whined as he hid a smile
"Its not funny Luca. I was able to wear them last week now I cant. And my dresses are to short cause of the bump so all I can wear is leggings." I pouted as he walked over and put his hand on my stomach
"Bello you are about to be seven months pregnant. Of course your not going to fit any pants or shirts or dresses. He is finally growing." He said smiling and starting to put my clothes away
"I cant wear leggings to the club and on the night where Marco is proposing to Kat. I cant be that friend." I whined
"Carrie its fine. Now put them on and wear that one flannel." He smiled passing them to me

"You look huge!" Josh said seeing me for the first time since Ive been back
"Your fired!" I yelled back walking to my office as I heard Luca say hes not blaming my hormones
I gasped seeing my office not look the same as it did a few months ago.
"Do you like it?" Luca asked behind me
"Its different. Thats for sure." I said looking out the two way mirror that looked over the club now
"I thought you would like it. Now you can be up here working and see what going on. The walls got changed and are now sound proof. New security system in the whole building. I upped the amount of my men working as bouncers so there will be no more idiot kids. Babe you can bring Dante here too." He said showing me a small area for him
"I dont like it." I said walking out wanting fresh air
"Long time no see. Baby Garrett is growing well." I heard Austin say behind me as soon as I stepped out
"This is stupid Austin." I said knowing this will not end well
"Our love is not stupid." He said pulling my arm behind my back putting a knife to my throat
"Bello I can change it again." Luca said walking out and seeing us pulling his gun
"Austin let her go. You know you arent going to leave this situation alive." He said as I felt a sharp pain in my stomach
"Luca." I groaned in pain
"Carrie its going to be ok. I promise my love." He said trying to help me relax
"No. Somethings wrong." I said freaking out as another sharp pain happened as I tried to double over in pain but Austin wouldnt let me
"Austin let her go." Marco said now out with us
"Luca." I said in pain again
"Im right here babe." He said as I heard Nico call for someone
"Something is wrong with Dante." I said now crying
"Call an ambulance." He said to Josh who was out with a gun too
"I cant take this pain anymore Luca. Please do something. Dante needs help." I said in Italian as I heard a gun shot and fell to the ground in pain
"Take him to the warehouse." Luca shouted in Italian as he came over to me
"Your bleeding." He said as my eyes felt heavy
"Carrie. Stay with me." He said as I closed me eyes
