"How was your talk with JJ?" Luca asked laying next to me
"Fine. Just talked." I said cuddling into him
"About?" He questioned
"Sister things." I laughed
"Ok. I trust you." He said kissing my temple
"You better." I laughed
"What are the plans for tomorrow?" I asked sighing
"Her team is coming over and I am taking them right to the back house or to my office. You wont have to see them at all." He said as I nodded
"I will even get food delivered." He laughed
"There is nothing good here." I laughed
"Well momma and dad are coming in tomorrow too. Dad needs to help on the international side with us." He said as I just kept listening
"This is going to be a war huh?" I asked
"Not if I can help avoid it. I know my dad is not happy about the feds being involved but it keeps them off our backs about the shipments that are still happening." He said surprising me
"Whos running them if you both are here?" I asked
"Kat." He said really surprising me
"Wait seriously?" I asked
"She knows what she is doing dont worry." He said
"Can I start running the shipments?" I asked as he laughed
"Little Miss Mafia?" He asked as I nodded
"We will work on it. Maybe we can have you collect the shipments during business hours when the alcohol and food come in to make those delivers less suspicious at night. But you are still in charge of washing the money in the clubs." He said making me laugh
"When is Dante going to be brought in on this?" I asked
"When he can sit and draw on my lap during meetings and not talk." He answered as I shrugged
"The younger the better right?" I asked making him laugh
"Carrie everything will be fine just go to bed and I will handle everything." He laughed pulling me closer to him

"Please Dante just try it." I begged trying to get him to eat mashed bananas as he turned his face away making Luca laugh
"Ok you try if you think its funny." I huffed getting up
"He will eventually eat it. The doctor just cleared him for solid foods. But like his daddy he loves his boobies." He said making JJ stop eating
"Really Luca. Thats my younger sister." She said sternly making us both laugh
"Dante came into this world the same way the boys did." He laughed as Dante picked up the smushed banana and threw it at Luca making us now both really laugh
"Why cant we feed him from a jar?" He groaned as I laughed and picked up a now messy Dante
"All those preservatives are bad for him." I laughed kissing his check before he went up to shower again
"Good job my little diavolo." I said kissing his cheek and getting a prepumped bottle
"Diavolo?" JJ questioned
"Devil. He is our little devil." I laughed as he drank away
"Why that nickname?" She asked
"Luca in Italy in the crime world is known as the devil so I joke with him about it and thought it was funny for Dante to be the little one. He will be just like his dad. A pain in the ass." I laughed
"My team should be here soon." She said as a warning
"Luca's parents are arriving in like two hours and my fitness trainer should be here soon." I said burping Dante
"What are you going to do with little devil?" She asked
"He has his daddy." I smiled giving Dante back to a clean Luca as the doorbell rang
"I will get it. Its probably James." I said grabbing a water bottle on the way
"Good morning Mrs. DeRosa." Rossi said
"Luca JJ. Its for you." I yelled back closing the door on them
"You couldnt invite them in?" He asked laughing
"No. I thought it was James." I said as the doorbell rang again as Luca answered it and James was on the other side carrying a duffle bag in front of the team
"Lets get to work bitch." He said with a big smile

"Last one." He said as I struggled to do my last pull up
"Good. Alright two mile run and we are done for today." He said as we walked over to the treadmill
"Hows Josh?" I asked as I lightly ran
"He is good. A freak in bed but good." He laughed
"Ok I dont need to know about that information." I laughed
"He is doing fine. The club is doing great. Josh tells me every morning when he comes home." He shrugged as I turned the treadmill off
"Did he not hire someone to take his place so he doesnt have to be there all night?" I asked as he shrugged
"James." I said sternly
"You might need to call him." He said looking down
"Workout over. I will see you tomorrow." I said stomping out of the room

"Hi Carrie." He said picking up
"What the hell is going on?" I asked walking to my office and slamming the door
"What do you mean?" He asked
"James said you didnt hire anyone to take your old position. Please tell me you are not doing both?" I asked pinching the bridge of my nose
"I did but she didnt cut it for the job. She was stealing tip money and miscounting the register at the end of the night. I caught her the second time it happened. She returned everything and left." He said calmly
"I cant even leave you in charge of my fucking club for barely a month and it goes to hell. Im leaving today for the weekend." I huffed hanging up on him as a throat was cleared
"Problem?" Emily asked as the team looked at me
"Just business issues." I said looking and seeing anger in Luca's eyes
"You forgot you share an office now huh?" JJ asked smiling
"Fuck you." I said walking out to get ready to catch a flight back to New York

"Your not going alone." Luca said barging into the bathroom as I showered
"Im going Luca. Josh obviously isnt competent enough to run my business." I said turning the shower off and drying off
"I will bring Paul and a few other guys. I will be fine. Just take care of our boy." I said kissing his cheek

"Wow you look different." JJ said as I walked into the kitchen
"I have to go back to New York. Have to dress like I usually do." I shrugged seeing Mom and momma together
"Wheres Luca?" I asked
"With the team." She said as I went to the office to tell him good bye
"Be careful please." He said as I nodded
"I love you." I said giving him a kiss
"I love you too bello." He said kissing me back but harder
"You ready?" Angelo asked
"Your going with?" I asked my father in law
"Of course. I will know for sure you will be safe." He smirked
"Lets go then." I said before giving Luca one last kiss goodbye
