"I'll be missing AdiYa the most, is that even a question Noor? The staff, my office, sharing happiness with clients when we arrange their events and they're satisfied, going to different cities with our team and of course how can I forget Adi..."

The cat caught my tongue. I was feeling stupid at myself for waiting for Aditya to call me back and angry with him for betraying me when I needed him the most. He never left me alone when I was in trouble. Noor looked at me widening her eyes as soon as I said 'Adi'. I was looking here and there but not Noor's face.

"Zoya appi? You were almost taking Aditya's name. When I asked you what happened at the office in the morning too you didn't take his name but addressed him as 'He' and also said that 'there's another owner of AdiYa' but indirectly praised him for his abilities. Is everything alright between the both of you?"

I couldn't control my anger anymore and I snapped.

"I don't know what to do Noor! I've been running here and there like mad since morning. Abbu's plan has made my mind go haywire. Have I done something wrong to Aditya? Why isn't he even here to support me when he's supposed to do that only? Am I expecting too much? We are leaving Mumbai and if not with him, with whom shall I share my problem? He's my best friend Noor! He can't leave me alone like this..."

I vent out my frustration all at once and then only realized that I have unknowingly said more than required about Aditya. How could Noor help me, she's my younger sister only! I should be mature enough to solve my own problem.

Noor was listening to me carefully and I could see her smirk after I finished scolding Aditya.

"Appi, why are you so pissed off with Aditya?"

I sighed looking at my own hands on my lap and slowly lifted my head to look at Noor.

"Noor, when Abbu announced that we'll be leaving for Mussoorie I tried Aditya's number to tell him everything. I even went to AdiYa to inform the staff as you know. Aditya hasn't picked any of my calls and till now he hasn't even sent a single message to ask whether I'm OK and why have I given him so many calls and messages! What kind of a friend is he? This friendship doesn't hold any value to him? Why can't he at least send me one text saying that he's busy if he can't find some time for his best friend? It seems as if unke hum kuch lagthe hi nahi aur unko humari parwa hi nahi hai..."

I realized that I was teary eyed again. On one hand I have to leave Mumbai forever and on the other hand my best friend has completely forgotten me. Noor slowly patted my shoulder to which in a reflex action, I hugged her tightly and cried more. I at least had Noor to share my sadness about not getting any news from Aditya.

"Appi relax. If you'll didn't have a quarrel the last time you met him, I don't think Aditya has any reason to avoid you purposely. I hope you know him more than anyone else. He might have left his phone somewhere and gotten himself busy with his exams for joining as a Pilot maybe? You told me right he's planning to join the Airlines again? Maybe he's out of station! He'll contact you as soon as he sees your messages and calls, don't worry about it"

I realized that maybe Noor is correct about Aditya. Even Anjana Aunt said that I shouldn't distract Aditya as he's busy with his Pilot exams. He might have gone somewhere out of Mumbai where there's no signal, perhaps...

During dinner time none of us spoke about leaving for Mussoorie. Only once Abbu said that it's better if we pack all our necessary things as soon as we can without any delay. After dinner, Noor and I walked towards our bedroom to sleep. When I was ready to go to bed after freshening up, I saw that Noor was lying on the bed with her headphones on, listening to songs while she was fast asleep and I decided to take away her headphones and the phone.
