Ch.23 Tough Love

*Derek's Pov*

I'm so happy that Alex is finally here. But it's also complicated because now I have to be part of Justin's life

I really want to be with Ron now. I feel deeper with him than I did with Justin

I don't know how I'm going to end it with Justin though. I still want to be part or Alex's life but I don't want to be with Justin in a dating way

I asked him to stop by my house to talk. I don't know if I can go through with it. I know it's not right to be with him when I want someone else

I don't want to hurt his feelings but if I don't I'll be hurting Ron's feelings. There is no getting out of it

I saw Justin walking to my house from my window. Damn he looks good. Since he dropped all the baby weight he looked like he did before Alex came along

He knocked on the door and I rushed to open it. He leaned in and pecked me on the lips with his own

"I hope he makes you happy" he ran out of my house before I could utter another word

*Justin's Pov*

I ran away from his house as fast as I could never looking back

I barged into my house and ran into my room in purposely slamming my door

"Justin? Are you okay?" My sister asked holding Alex. I asked her to watch him while I was at Derek's house

"He broke up with me" I sobbed out not knowing if she understood through all my loud crying

"What! How could he!"

"He says there is someone else" I gradually calmed down but silent tears still dripped from my face

"I new he was a fuck up from the start. He's not even worth your time"

"I still can't believe he left me for someone else. I thought he loved me"

"He doesn't but I do. And so does mom, and Ben. And don't forget this little guy in my arms" she lifted up Alex and put him in my face

I couldn't help but to smile seeing him. My world officially revolves around him

I grabbed him from my sister hold and held him in my own arms. He reached up and squeezed my nose which made laugh

"You're right. All I need is you guys"

"Of course I'm right. When am I ever wrong?"

"Don't push it" she laughed at that and walked off

"Don't forget Ben is coming over with Lysander" oh yeah! Tonight's the night I have to tell him

Tell him that I still love him
