Demigods at Hogwarts (under editing)

Chapter 11

Annabeth's P.O.V

"So what class do we have next?" Percy asked as we walked out of the Transfiguration classroom,

"Charms." Hermione replied.

We reached the classroom and took seats in the back. Class was s but dull, we just took notes on emotion charms. Percy and I just didn't do them due to the fact we couldn't read the board.

I know that all the teachers knew who we are but Flitwick seemed more aware of it. Squeaking when we entered the room, a brief pause by our names when he called roll, and the knowing looks he'd give us as if being a demigod is a private joke we share with him.

When class ended we walked back to the common room to put up our stuff.

"So what do you guys want to do?" Percy asked as we were reaching the common room.

"We don't have much homework, but what we do have isn't due till next week. We should do something fun." Ron said. Hermione tittered but didn't complain.

"Let's go to the lake." Percy suggested. I rolled my eyes but the others looked worried.

"Are you mad? There's a giant squid in the lake and a colony of mermaids. I've met them and they aren't friendly." Harry said. Percy's eyes widened in what I guess the others mistook for shock but what I recognized as excitement.

"Really? Sweet!" He said.

"Umm, no, not sweet. They held me captive in fourth year!" Ron protested.

Percy was unconcerned. Considering his father was their ruler we were both confident they wouldn't bother him.

"Ron, they captured me too. It wasn't that bad, we were asleep the whole time. Dumbledore told them to and he asked them to make sure no harm came to us. Honestly." Hermione said.

We reached portrait of a fat lady at the end of the hall. "Abstinence" Percy told it. The portrait hole opened and we walked into the common room and up the stairs to our separate dorms. We were about to walk into ours, labeled "guests" in both English and Greek.

Percy opened the door and I followed him in to see a smaller version of what I saw downstairs. He tugged me through one of the wooden doors to reveal a hallway with six more doors and showed me the one with our names on it.

"Close your eyes." He told me. I obeyed and I heard the sound of a door opening and was led through it.

"Open them now."

The room was just big enough for two. There was a large four poster bed, two dressers, a full length mirror and a wooden desk.

I turned to face him and held out my arms. He immediately swept me up into a hug.

"I've missed you so much." He mumbled into my hair.

"I missed you too." I mumbled into his chest.

We were both tired so we collapsed on the bed and fell asleep.

We woke up about 30 mins later. That was the first time we've slept in a long time without nightmares.

"We should go check on the others, they're probably wondering where we are. But first I'm gonna change my shirt, it's all crumpled up and has your drool on it." I said. Percy laughed and said he was going to change his shirt to.

We changed then walked out to our common room where we saw that a slip of parchment had been shoved under the door. It was in Greek so I assumed Hermione wrote it. We were both grateful for it even though it was a messy attempt.

We tried knocking on your door due to the fact we can't come in but we didn't get an answer so we just assumed you were taking a nap, you seemed pretty tired today. I'm sorry if my Greek is incorrect but I figured this was better than English. We decided to go to the library and we just wanted to let you know.

"So should we head to the library?" Percy asked. I shook my head.

"It's probably time for dinner now so they'll be at the great hall." I said.

"Let's go then."
