Gil was downstairs while I was changing clothes. Tia should already be at Talea house by now

"Jasmine!" Gil called

"What fool" I went downstairs I seen his facial expression and it scared me I turned to what he was looking at

L'mita's Wardrobe designer Tia Smith, was involved in a head on collision on EvelynRd. EMTs were on scene the driver of the other car was pronounced dead. Smith's been rushed to David's hospital.

Tears immediately rushed down my face. I grabbed my bag and ran out the door going straight to where she was at. I had to be by her side, I can't lose her. I won't. She's my baby and my friend. I refuse to lose her, so whatever I got to do I will do it.

"DON'T TELL ME TO CALM DOWN" I was outraged, they wouldn't let me go see her. Nobody knew what was going on. They all tell me the same thing, we'll know more when the doctor comes out. They fucking nurses they can go back there and see what's going on.

"Jasmine, is everything ok what happened" Ken came in

"I don't know, she was going to Talea house and I was suppose to meet her there. I was upstairs changing when Gil called me downstairs and it was on the news. Ken I'm bout to go crazy."

"Is there a Jasmine Brantley in here"

"Yes" I rose up out my seat

"Come with me" the doctor led me back to her room. I walked in and immediately started crying. Who could've did this, to a beautiful soul like her.

"She can hear you just not respond" I sat on the side of her bed kissing her forehead and grabbing her hands.

"Tia baby, I love you so much. I need you. We still have a wedding to get through. I can't imagine my.. shit Tia I can't do this without you, I never said this to you but you're my everything ok I just can't go on without you. I have this tough shell but you soften me when I'm around you. You complete me babygirl and I need you to pull through. So you can carry my last name and maybe we can have a little one together. "I believe this is hers" it was her engagement ring. They must've took it off when putting the IV's in her and stuff

"Thank you" I took it out the ziplock bag just looking at it. This couldn't be the last time I seen her this can't be the end. "Tia Michele Smith. I love you with all my heart and I want you for the rest of my life, your gonna be my wife. When you wake up we're gonna get married that weekend I promise. Just please wake up for me." All of a sudden the beeper started to go off. Doctors came rushing in.

"Step outside ma'am"they practically pushed me out the door. Ken was coming out the bathroom and stood by me hugging me.

"It's ok Jasmine" he rubbed my back I just couldn't help but cry

"She's my everything Ken. I can't survive without her. In a little amount of time she's been better to me then I could be to myself. I just can't risk losing her." I cried even harder

"Call it. 8:54pm" I heard the doctor say. I became sick, the doctor came out looking down then at Ken. I heard ken sniffle.

"Jazz sweetie, I'm so sorry. Tia loved you with her all, you was all she talked about." I pushed Ken off of me and went in
