A year... a year since Tsumugi Shirogane locked us in a dreaded killing game, forced to kill people we've grown so very close to...
It was in that killing game I met Kokichi Ouma, whom I later came to find the "ultimate supreme leader"
Who became my lover, my only light in revealing the mastermind.
I haven't seen Kokichi since we were broken free. Though I do wish to find him one day.
Monday, June 15th 7:00 AM
My alarm rings through my ears, signaling 7:00 AM
I hurry out of bed. Sure to not be late. I brush my teeth and dress in nice clothes ready to meet with anyone within the streets
I am Shuichi Saihara. The former ultimate detective of Tsumugi Shirogane's killing game. I now work as a full time detective, often not even getting sleep due to the cases I'm asked to tend to.
I rush out the office, I've been asked to meet somewhere today, someone anonymously left a note on my desk asking me to meet at a certain location
"Wind street...."
Soon enough I've located the street. I have a gun on me, in case anything should go wrong. I wait inside the restaurant I was asked to, ordering simply a coffee for myself.
I check the time, 8:00
It sure has been awhile then
The note said to meet at 8:15. I came 15 minutes early on impulse.
I sit and drink my coffee quietly while reading case files on my phone
*20 minutes later*
Someone walks in. I don't glance up. My shaggy navy blue hair is over my face. Before I've realized, someone has sat down in front of me.
"I hope this spot isn't taken"
I jump, quite obviously startled. I recognize that voice... I look up to see
"MAKI??? Maki Harukawa???"
"Good morning Shuichi, Long time no see. Quite the formal introduction you've given me as the whole of the coffee shop is now staring at us..."
"M-m- I'm sorry Maki!! I-I didn't m-mea-"
She shushed me
"If you don't shut your mouth I'll shut it for you.."
I gulped and sat silently
"Now you're probably wondering why I've called you here..."
I gulped and regained composure
"Yes I am"
"Well I do warn you this will shock you.."
"Continue, Maki.."
She said something that would change my life forever
"It's Kokichi... Kokichi Ouma... I found him"
