mackenzies POV

"whats up mack?" jax asked as i tickled abel making hin laugh.

"i know yall are planning on going back on a cargo plane but i have access to a private plane if you would rather use that. plus its faster than a cargo plane. you can get home to your old lady faster." i told him.

"hell yeah well use it but as long as you come with. im tired of happy being grumpy all the time." he said laughing happy punched him in the arm.

"okay ill call have them get it ready for whenever yall are ready. oh by the way on yalls run dont all go in the barn and make sure one yall keep them doors open." i told him. i over heard mcgee and O'Neill talking about  a bomb.

"what do you know. should i be worried." jax asked tensing up

"i dont know it all i overheard mcgee and O'Neill talking last night about a bomb and making sure they were outside the barn. my training makes my hearing amazing and i can focus on a certain conversation in a room full of conversations, its kind of a gift. they were whispereing in the corner while we were playing pool." i told him.

"jesus. we gotta take care of them before we leave later. this is gonna fuck up this charter damn it!" he said getting angry. "lets go back in, act normal. get the guys together and tell them to pack and be ready to leave when we get back from the run. i dont want anyone to get any ideas about whats gonna happen later. i dont want to give them two a chace to run, i want them to think theyve got away. not a word to anyone especially clay i dont trust him." jax told us before taking abel back and walking to the clubhouse.

"youre amazing woman." happy said pulling me to him. i giggled as i wrapped my arms  around him. "youre coming back with us." he said, it was really a question more of a statement.

"yes i am. hope youre ready to give up your whores." i told him as i turned around.

he pulled me back "how many times i gotta tell you that youre the only one for me little girl. them whores dont mean shit thats all that they are is whores." he said i could tell i got under his skin.

"if you say so hap. i dont want to argue. we both know you like them whores and youve said that in the past. we will see how thinge go when we get back to charming." i told him.

"youll see little girl. i fucked up before im not doing that shit again. im gonna prove it to you." he said putting his arm around my shoulder and started walking us back to the clubhouse.

while the guys went on the run i went to see abby and tony. we ate lunch and watched her favorite movie. she fell asleep in the middle of it so me and tony went into the kitchen we both grabbed a beer and sat down.

"so you're going back state side?" he asked

"yeah. i miss it. and i should probably go home for a bit see my family." i told him honestly. i talked to my family and video chatted as much as i could, i always missed them. but it was safer for them if i wasnt around much.

"so basically youre gonna go home for a few weeks then go to california?" he said laughing

"you know me so well. its not good for me to be home too long you know that. i mean what happy done last year was the first time,im gonna see if he was serious about not doing it again. if he does fuck up again im done." i knew that was what he was getting to he just wanted to make sure i wouldnt get to mad.

"i just want you to be sure and happy. we will miss you though."

"you know ill make sure im happy even if i have to leave. and you know ill be back to see yall and yall can always come to visit." i would love to have them there all the time.

"im sure she would love that she always asks to go to the beach or just to your house at all." he said laughing.

"we will make it happen. im gonna miss yall too. please stay out if trouble and be safe." i always worried about him and abby. hs was my oldest friend since i got into this "life"

"dont worry im always good. i try my best for that little girl in there. you better stay safe." he told me.

we kept on talking about everything and watching the cameras. we always seen some crazy stuff even just from people walking down the street.

i got a text from happy

"its all done. you were right. jax asked if you can get the plane ready and load up all our bags. he said make sure whatever is still in his bag. well he there in the next hour."

"okay. if theyre not there i have copies put up for safe keeping for that exact reason. ill put everyone bag in tonys car. be safe. see you soon." i texted him back then want to put everything in the car.

i said my goodbyes to tony and abby. i left all the money i made this past year tony just didnt know it. i was really going to miss them.

i tasked cherry and maureen to keep gemma busy so she didnt try to question me or get in my way. i was going to miss mo, trinity and cherry. i told mo and trin they could come visit when ever. i wanted to ask cherry if she was coming back with us but i wasnt sure if half-sac wanted that or if jax was okay with her going back to his clubhouse. once i got done i went to maureen to chat until the guys got back.

we walked outside when we heard the rumble of the bikes. by the time we made it down the guys were in church. i knew what happened but acted like i didnt.

the five of us sat at the bar waiting for the guys to come out.

"jax said you got us a plane to go back home on. how you afford that?" gemma asked me puttingher drink to her lips

"yeah figured itd be better than a cargo plane especially for sweet baby abel. im a travel photographer one of the top actually." i mean i did travel to take pictures and i did make good money doing it but we all know thats not my job i just didnt want gemma knowing. i didnt fully trust her or clay.

"really sounds fun and exciting. where you from?" she was really being nosy. i hoped the guys finished soon.

"a little town in western kentucky. i grew up with josh and joey but havent spoke to them since high school years ago, that is until i was in charming a year ago. i met happy by coincidence and weve been together since. and yes i know about the croweaters in charming or sweetbutts on the road, as long as im in town it doesnt really matter. i also have my nursing degree and a law degree. there anything else you would like to know? just ask gemma." i wanted to beat her at her own game.

"you got a smart mouth. i was just trying to get to know you and figure you out." she said with a snarky attitude

"and you dont? youve been rude to me since the moment youve seen me. i dont do that fake shit, if you got a problem just say it. anything you wanna know, ask me if i want you to know ill tell you. dont think youll a bitch to me and not catch an attitude back." she was starting to annoy me.

"wow. you really dont want to be on my bad side. i am the queen of samcro and if i put the bug in my boys ears youll be gone before we get to charming. i dont see how happy put up with that mouth of yours."

"thats real funny. pretty sure the queen would be the kings lady. ya know jax old lady, he is president after all. and trust me happy enjoys my mouth, but why dont you ask him yourself? im sure he would love to hear how youve talked to his old lady." she looked shocked.

before she could say anything back the guys piled out of the chapel. jax walked up to maureen and gave her mcgees first 9 patch, telling her he was gone. she began to cry and he hugged her and apologized. she excused herself and trinity.

"what the hell. what happened to mcghee? and wheres oneill?" gemma asked.

"thats club business." jax said before grabbing a beer telling everyone not to tell her.

i tossed my beer bottle im the trash then followed after mo and trinity. i tried my best to console mo, she figured out what led to him being gone and accepted it. after a few minutes jax came up said it was time to go. i left them alone to talk.

when jax came back tig gave him the phone looking worried. come to find out jax old lady ashley had been kidnapped. he asked me if i could get a jet so we could get back. i made a call on the way to the air strip and we could get it the faster we got to charming the better.
