mackenzies POV

i sat on top of the picnik table waiting for the guys to get back. i watched as everyone pulled into the lot except jax. i waited for happy to come to me so he could make sure ashley got the car in the shop. happy walked over to me and kissed me hard.

"dont worry hap. itll all work out." i kissed him real quick.

"you always say that kenz."

"it will. im here. ill he here when you get home. you and your brothers will make it hap."

"shut up and kiss me kenz." he rasped making me laugh.

a few minutes later jax pulled into the lot with two sedans and the van behind him. we walked over to the jax and clay asked jax if everything was alright, he told him he didnt know.

as stahl walked towards us happy told me to go stand by his bike.

"good afternoon. wheres jimmy o?" stahl asked them. no one said anything "okay look i can have a dozen agents here in twenty minutes and theyll shred this white trash shit hole."

jax looked at her for a second then told them to get him.

"thank goodness for the American justice system.. sorry things didnt work out the you planned boys the luck of the irish, yeah?" jimmy o said as agents walked him to their car.

"howd you know he was here." clay asked.

stahl looked around then looked at jax  "cause your president made a deal."

"YOU SON OF A BITCH" jax yelled and charged towards stahl bobby pushed jax

"you made a deal for jimmy!" tig yelled

"you ratted" bobby yelled pushing him again "you ratted!"

"i had no choice! i did it for the club. look at everything weve been facin." jax yelled

i knew it was hard for the guys to yell and push their president but boy was it so believable.

"the whole time we were tracking him and you knew you was going to turn him over to this bitch!" clay said

"he blew up five of our men, chibs lost his nephew." juice spat

"it wasnt his fault she made him do it." gemma pleaded

"your dead. YOUR DEAD." clay yelled as a couple agents pulled him away.

ashley ran after jax as they drug him away she wrapped her arms around his neck crying.

a agent grabbed happy and walked him towards the transport van. i hugged him and walked backwards "i love you mackenzie." he said against my ear. he wrapped his hand inti my hair and kissed me hard. "i love you too happy. watch yalls backs." i kissed him again before the had him climb in the van. i pulled ashley off of jax and held her in my arms as she wept.

stahl gave lowen the file "theyll be out in three years, 14months on good behavior." she told her before walking to her sedan.

we watched as they pulled out of the lot. i got ashley in her car and drove to my house. i already had the letter that jax wrote to her, i just had to wait until it was done.

an hour later opie called me. i knew what they had planned was done. opie killed stahl, the same way donna died. jimmy o was dead at the hands of chibs. there was no evidence of jaxs deal only the one that gave them a reduced time and freed gemma of all her charges. i gave ashley the letter from jax and let her read it.

she started laughing. "hes going to be okay?" she said in a half questioning tone but also telling herself that the man she loved was in fact going to be okay.

"yeah. it was all planned. i didnt find out until this morning right before yall got here. i wanted to pull some strings and get them out if it completely so happy had to tell me why they needed atleast this part to go through. dont worry theyll be out soon."

"i could beat him for letting me think this. i thought i was going to be alone, raise our kids alone. i knew he wouldnt rat. jax loves that club, its in his veins. its all he knows. i hope it goes by fast."

"me too. i hate sleeping alone. even when i go out of town i hate not having happy beside me."

"can me and abel stay here until they come home? i mean were not happy but i hate sleeping alone too."

"of course. i love some time with my nephew and i mean its cool spending time with you to i guess." i said making her laugh and shove me.
