"hey are you okay?" i got concerned when i saw his eyes started to water
"yeah i am" he smiled softly
"aww" i hugged him, i don't even know why i did that
"hey johnny i don-" his sister opened the door
okay we're all shocked and this point i wasn't expecting that.
her little sister closed the door and went away hurriedly
"hey choppy come back what are you gonna say" he called him
choppy? is that her name or nickname but his sister is very cute
"well i don't know how to do this part can you help me please" she walked back to johnny
"yeah sure come in" he opened the door, i waved to her and she smiled and waved back
"who is she" she pointed at me
"she's my friend, kenzie" he introduced me
"hi, she looks nice unlike your girlfriend" she said straightforward
he smiled, okay okay first i can't believe what's happening right now im just like shook i don't even know how to react.
"hello what's your name" i said nicely
"hiii my name is lauren" she said with excitement
we helped her on her homework she's very kind i don't know why lauren and johnny aren't close i mean yes there's a 4 years age gap but like why tho.
"thank you for helping me" she walked out and closed the door
"she's super kind why aren't you close with her?" i asked
"when i was 12 and she was 8 she got into a car accident because of me, we were playing then i tossed her toy and it landed on the road she picked it up but before she got back she was hit by a car and since then my parents even my relatives hated me, i don't blame them even i, i hate myself, even though that happened she's still my sister and i will protect her no matter what" he started tearing up
that hit me, he isn't really that bad i don't know why he's bullying other people tho.
"oh gosh geez that's not good" he wiped his tears
"no it's alright you can talk to me whenever you want im here, im your friend" ( a/n: idk if i should cringe or what) i smiled
i hugged him again very tight "im gonna go home johnny you can dm me or facetime me" i gave him my number
i walked out of his house and i felt really bad, is he just hurt that's why he's very rude, he wanted to get his feelings out or rebel, but nevertheless he deserves to be loved
