So here is a request from CanadianAngel17. Took longer than I thought, sorry. I hope you'll like it !

You glance one last time in the giant mirror of your teenage bedroom. Your emotions are already hard to handle, but seeing the reflection of your mother sobbing behind you is not really helping either. You try your hardest not to cry, it would destroy the wonderful work your friend did on your face.

You look closer at your appearance and smile slightly as you take the image in. The discreet yet sophisticated makeup you're wearing on your eyes fulfill your expectations perfectly. Your hair is nicely tied into a glamorous low bun ornamented with a thin diadem and a bridal veil. But what makes you so emotional about all this is your dress. It took many hours and a lot of patience to find the perfect dress, but you eventually did and it was a big approval from all the people who were in the shop with you. The fabric feels so smooth against your skin, the lace covering your shoulders and arms looks stunning, and the train looks phenomenal.

A sensation of stress is still present though. Will he like it ?

You can't even believe you're wearing that immaculate dress for real. The little girl you were dreamt about this moment for years, and now you're actually living it. You're about to marry the man of your life who's also the best friend you've always had by your side, and your closest confident.

You remember the day he asked you to be his forever. It was on a regular Thursday evening. You were working on your computer while waiting for the food to be ready and for Shawn to be back from the studio. He was already a little bit late, but you didn't really mind since it was quite frequent. When the oven started beeping, you got up and made your way to the kitchen. You were so focused on what you were doing that you didn't even notice that Shawn opened the front door and put his guitar case against the wall of the hallway leading to the kitchen.

"Hi, hun."

You jumped in fear, not expecting him to be at the entance of the kitchen, and almost dropped the bowl you were holding.

His tired voice indicated he had a long day, and when you turned around and looked at him, his exhausted look told you the exact same thing. You smiled at him and put the bowl back on the counter. You then made your way to your boyfriend to get your "good evening" kiss.

Shawn smiled at you when you reached his level and wrapped your arms around his waist. He quickly kissed your forehead and then your lips. It felt good to finally hold him.

"Hi, love. How was your day ? You're a bit more late than usual, was everything alright ?" You asked him, looking up at him.

"It was fine. We're happy about the new stuff we've been coming up with lately, and we just wanted to finish up some things before leaving the studio. How was yours, darling ?"

You pressed your cheek against Shawn's chest as you kept hugging him.

"It was okay. I sent my essai. I just hope they will like it."

Shawn nodded, but before he could make any comment, the timer for the rice rang. You quickly let go of Shawn and went to the stove. You did your things and prepared two plates for the both of you. Shawn left the kitchen while you were doing this, probably heading to the living room to prepare the blankets and choose a movie to watch while eating. When you arrived in the living room, you didn't found anyone. You called Shawn several times, but no one answered. You noticed the balcony door was partially open so you tried this option, hoping Shawn would be there. When you went outside. your eyes grew wild open.
