Chapter six

"Charles?" Erik asked, confused that he was in his head after so long while I was in charles' mind, seeing what he could but also not being able to talk to Erik unless I had to

"Hello old friend" Charles greeted as I saw Erik, a more broken man then he was before

"I am sorry, I am so sorry, I feel your pain and your loss" Charles said as a tear slipped down my cheek as I saw his loss and his mourning for his wife and child that he loved so dearly

"You think cause you can see into my head, you know how it feels, you're looking in the wrong place Charles" Erik said as he slightly got more angrier

"What happened was terribly wrong, I would've lost my mind if I lost Lydia and the kids but come back to us, me and Lydia can help you" charles offered to him and i looked at Erik and walked more forward in my vision and held his cheek and he looked down at me like he knew I was there

"Help me?" Erik said and Charles looked at me and nodded and I turned back to Erik

"Think of your wife, your daughter, what would've they wanted?" I asked snd he looked down at me

"They would've wanted to live" he said harshly and I stood back a little, scared of what may happen

"I've tried your way Lydia, I've tried to be like them, then fight them and it always becomes the same way. They took everything away from me, now we'll take everything from them" Erik said and turned around to the funky looking dude and his 3 mutant friends

"Erik no" I said and went to grab him but the weird looking man turned to us and, sensing me and Charles

"Lydia, disconnect now" Charles ordered but I didn't listen and looked at them

"Hank, he's not alone" Charles commented

"Extraordinary" the man said and looked into my direction

"What do you see?" The man with wings asked him and looked my way but I knew he couldn't see me

"The answer" he said and I backed up a little away from him, scared of what was going to happen

"Lydia get out now" Charles shouted and I closed my eyes and disconnected and looked around cerebro and things started to go up and down and I knew that it was this weird dude doing it

"Charles you told me to disconnect, so now it's time for you to also do it" I said and went in front of him while hank said something that I couldn't hear while raven looked at him worried and Charles was looking straight into my eyes and wasn't blinking so I did the exact same back to let him know that I was here

"Oh my god" Charles commented and I sighed

"Fuck this" I muttered and went to put my fingers on his temples but raven grabbed my hands before I could reach them

"Don't" she said and I looked at her

"What do you mean don't? He's my husband and I won't let him face it alone" I argued back and took my hands from her grip and put them on his temple

"Let me in Charles" I said softly and he did by accident so I was able to see what he saw

"Thank you for letting me in" a mysterious voice said around his mind and I saw a lot of death and destruction, all caused by this being who thought he was the almighty powerful and I stood opposite him

"You leave my husband alone" I spat and he looked at me and smiled evilly

"So you're the young female that could potentially stop or cause this prophecy" he said and I looked at him confused

"What are you talking about?" I questioned him but he only looked at me

"All will be revealed soon my child" he said and I looked at him

"I'm not your child, amigo" I commented and went to turn around but he grabbed my wrist and it burned like someone has put a metal tray on it

"Say goodbye to your husband cause you may never see him again" he seethed and chuckled darkly before letting go of my wrist and disappearing and I looked at my wrist and it felt to painful to be real but I turned around quickly to see Charles at cerebro

"Charles?" I questioned but he couldn't hear me and I was limp against raven, so I must've been knocked out and this is my unconscious state

"I've never felt power like this before" he said as his eyes turned pitch black all the way round and I ran but I couldn't touch him

"Charles, charles get out" hank was saying to him and moira came near him

"What, what's happening?" Moira asked and I glared at her. Oh how I hate her

"I think someone's take over cerebro" hank answered and I looked at him and closed my eyes and tried to wake up but it wasn't happening so got into hanks mind in my unconscious state

"Hank" I called out and he looked up and saw the spirit me and knew no one else saw it but talked anyway

"There taking control of it" hank told me

"To do what?" Me and raven asked at the same time

"To connect" hank answered so I turned around to see the weird guy

"Always the same and now all this, no more stones, no more spears, no more slings, no more swords, no more weapons, no more systems, no more... no more superpowers" he said snd I looked at him and walked up and smacked him and his head tilted to the side while the other mutants looked at him

"Whatever you are, whatever your name is, you leave my husband out of your business as he has no involvement with it. We are trying to help a good friend of ours who has helped us in the past so you're going to disconnect with my husband this instant you hear me?" I shouted angrily at him while he chuckled evilly and Erik saw me now as well as the rest of the other 3 mutants that were there

"You're a little girl who grew up in London and her parents didn't accept her but her brother did but she was sent away and everyone was told that she died in a unfortunate car crash that they never healed from and you're sure that you don't want to hurt humans?" He asked as he stepped towards me and I stepped back lightly

"I would never hurt anyone who hasn't done anything to me, they are innocent in my eyes and have nothing to do with my own personal problems" I said confidently and that when I reached the wall and he smacked me like I did him and held my head

"You'll see our side of things soon enough" he said and I opened my eyes and I was back in cerebro and in Alex's arms

"Guys" I whispered snd raven turned to me and held me upright

"I told you not to do it" she said and I looked at her and chuckled

"When do I ever listen?" I asked and she chuckled a little and we both turned back to the situation and I see that cerebro background was now a dark purple colour
