We can never stay out of trouble can we?

Chapter eleven

We had finally made it back to the school and had managed to get changed and many other things sorted and we had found all the children in hiding in the forests and had done quite well for a few days and now we are stood outside the school with metal, concrete and wood and jean and Erik are kindly re building the school for us and a furniture van had come by the day before with furniture that we had 'brought' for the school but we wouldn't tell the student that.

Amelia and peter had gotten together a day after everything had happened. Amelia had to be careful because after hitting the wall, she had broken 3 ribs and had cracked 2, peter had broken his leg so he had a cast that everyone had drawed on at this point, even me and Charles had put something on the cast. The young female who helped us in the end had joined our school, her name was ororo Munroe and her superhero name is storm, which quite fitted and she was a lovely person who has done nothing but apologise since the fight which we have all accepted and she's gotten quite close with tommy which I was happy with.

A week later after building the school again and everyone getting resettled in. After a whole week of me and Charles arguing over a decision, he had finally approved and allowed the programme of the x men to begin. Raven and hank would train them and I would occasionally help but I was mostly there to supervise and stuff but it made them all happy, especially hank cause he didn't now spend all day teaching and then working in his lab for the rest of the day. He felt like he finally felt like he belonged and had meaning to life. That and he was also extremely happy that raven was now staying to make sure Charles didn't mess up the x men again after last time.

Now here we are. Me, Charles and Erik stood outside the training room as I wasn't getting involved today as it was the first training session

"The worlds already begun building its advances" Charles commented while me and Erik still looked forward

"It's human nature Charles" I said and Erik nodded agreeing with me

"I still hope" Charles commented and Erik laughed lightly and Charles turned towards him and so did I

"Hope" Erik said like it was stupid

"I was right about raven" Charles defended and I nodded

"And we were even both right about you" I said to Erik and that's when he turned to us

"What about the rest of the world?" Erik asked and I looked up at him

"Does it never wake you up in the middle of the night, feeling that one day, they'll come for you and your children" Erik explained and me and Charles looked up at him

"It does indeed" Charles commented and I looked at Erik still

"What do you do when you wake up to that?" Erik asked us, more specifically me

"I feel a great swill of pity for the poor souls who comes to our school looking for trouble" I said snd erik smiled and nodded at me while Charles looked like he had tears in his eyes

"Are you sure I can't convince you to stay?" Charles asked him and I nodded agreeing

"Tommy and Amelia would love to have their uncle Erik around again" I added on to charles' question

"You're psychic Charles, you can convince me to do anything" Erik said and kissed my head and then began to walk away from us

"Go walk him out, say your final goodbyes" Charles suggested cause he knew how much I loved Erik like a brother and I nodded and kissed him lightly and then I ran and walked by him to walk him out

"I'll walk you out" I suggested and Charles agreed while me and Erik walked  towards the elevator to exit the school again, forever in Erik's case

"Goodbye old friend" Charles said to him as the elevator door opened and me and Erik went to step in but looked at Charles

"Good luck professor" he said and we walked in and the door shut and the elevator began to rise

"I'll miss you you know Erik" i said and he looked at me

"I'll miss you too" he said and we asked out the elevator and through the halls

" this has changed much from how it first felt, it felt cold with no life and you've brought life to it, you saved him from everything Lydia" he commented and I smiled at him

"Erik, don't make my heart go anymore with your scares please, cause with you Charles and the kids, imma have a heart attack" I chuckled and he laughed loudly and we reached his car at the front door and he opened the door and turned to me and opened his arms and I hugged him as tight as possible and he did the same back and then we both pulled back and smiled at each other

"Before I go, I need to give you something" Erik said and then passed me a bracelet that looked so beautiful and had different stones on

"It's beautiful but why are you giving me this?" I asked confused

"It's a bracelet that shows that I am always going to be here and touch this particular stone" he said touching it

"6 times in a row and it will tell me on this bracelet" he said and pulled it out, nearly the exact same bracelet

"Then I'll come and get you, wherever you are" he informed and I hugged him and thanked him for the gift and put it on my wrist and he also put his on and got into his cara dan began to drive off and I waved and he beeped his horn and then when he was out of sight, I turned around to walk back into the house when I heard a whisper

"Your true capacity will be revealed soon child" I turned around to see no one there so I shrugged it off and walked back into the house.

But what Lydia failed to see was the dark green light that was hidden next to her head in the vines attached to the house
