It's already been a week, and I survived my first week of school. It was hard but I managed. I was up for the challenge. I mean that's why I was here. To succeed and to dance. Dance tryouts were in two weeks so I had been going to the dance studio a lot and working out. This weekend I was finally going to relax a little, and not be so harsh on myself. I woke up Friday morning and decided to not just lay around all day, just because I'm giving myself a free day. I decided to go on a jog so I can keep up with my good workout routine. While on my run, I get a call from Zion. We hadn't talked really since we hung out. I don't know why, I guess we just both been busy. I sit down on the bench and answer it.
*Call starts*
Me: Yes? Zion: No hello? Me: Hello Zion, now what? Zion: What are you doing tonight? Me: I don't think anything. But what does that matter to you? Zion: Well we're having a party Me: Cool Zion: And I'm inviting you Me: Oh really? Zion: Yes shorty. You're fun
I laughed
Me: Well maybe I'll stop by. We'll see where my day takes me Zion: Sounds gucci. I better see you later Smalls Me: Bye Biggie
*Call ends*
I hung up the phone. I was actually excited to go to this party. I was probably going to go anyway but I just wanted to tease Zion a little.. I wanted to make sure I looked good tonight cause I like looking presentable so I went back to my dorm to take a shower. When I got out, Ava was up and she had mentioned the party
"The boys are having a party. Down to come?" she says
"Yeah I'll go. Zion told me" I say and she looks at me and winks. I roll my eyes and smile
"Okay well let's get ready in a few hours. I'll take a shower right now" she says
"Sounds good" I say
Couple Hours Later
Me and Ava decided to start getting ready now. We put on our party playlists and started doing our hair and makeup. After getting ready we decided to take some pics to post and all that. I couldn't not post anything on Instagram or Snapchat. I didn't do all that hard work for nothing! We dressed semi casual. I decided to post on snap. Here's the picture.

A couple of my friends from back home had slide up and were hyping me up so I felt confident. Then I saw a familiar name pop up on my phone. It was Nick Mara. I'm thinking in my head, we haven't talked much, what would he be saying ? Before I go to open it I get another notification from Zion. Now that I got two I figure it's just something about the party. I open Nick's and he had slid up on my story. He slid up saying "Zion tryna get witchu, this pic gon send him loose" I was in complete shock. I don't know if he meant that or if he was trying to make a joke. I ran to Ava to show her.
"No way! How many times have I told you, Zion. Likes. You!" she says
