Prom? (High School AU) - Haikyuu - Koutarou Bokuto x Reader x Tetsuro Kuroo

This is set in London. Secondary School is basically the same as High School. At the end of Year 11 (i.e. Sophomore Year) you have a Prom. There is another Prom at the end of Year 13 (Senior Year). This story could apply to either Proms.

For the last week, there have been rumours going around saying that there is a kid in school whose father is a famous actor. The information everyone knew for sure was: the kid was a guy; he was in your year; and that the actor would reveal who the kid is, on TV, on Thursday night.

After school finished on Thursday, everyone rushed home, ate and put the TV on, ready to find out who the guy was. You had planned on going to ask him for his autograph since you knew it would be harder to get it once he gets famous - what can you do, you were a fangirl by heart. Then it was revealed: the guy was Tetsuro Kuroo.

You see, there was some tension between you and Tetsuro. He used to make fun of you a lot when everyone joined the school - not as in bullying, but in a joking way which you didn't appreciate at the time. Eventually, you got over it and you guys became friends, only for you to get a crush on him. You told him, and he didn't reciprocate your feelings, which was fun, just it made things a bit awkward between you two.

So the next day, you went up to him and had some small talk about him being the son of the actor, scrapping the idea of getting his autograph since that would make things even weirder than they already are. You felt kind of stumped so you went to the person who always knew how to make you laugh: Koutarou Bokuto.

You told Koutarou all about your situation, which was weird because he was good friends with Tetsuro. Nevertheless, Koutarou said he'd "fix everything" - whatever that meant.

What you didn't know is that both Koutarou and Tetsuro had feelings for you. Koutarou was shocked to find out about you thing for Tetsurou so the air head decided to go talk to him, mano a mano.

They decided I carry out, what they called, a foolproof plan. They were going to leave you a note telling you to come to the field after school, and they were going to leave out a sign saying "Prom?". They were going to sand on opposite ends and let you choose whom you wanted to go with. And so they did.

They got Kei to write the note so that you wouldn't recognize either of their handwritings. When you got to the field, the sun had set. You pushed through the bushes obstructing your way and saw the view. All that was left now was your decision. So, who were you going to choose?
