"W-What?" I stood there in shock as my voice cracked.
Chan looks down at the ground. "T-There was never an us, Felix. All those memories are just romanticized by you! It was all in your head."
"So those memories meant nothing to you..?" I said in a low voice.
Chan shrug his shoulders. "I-Im sorry."
"No, no, no, don't start doing this again. You don't mean that, I know you don't. Stop pushing me away. How could our memories mean nothing? How could you even say that without feeling any guilt?"
Chan didn't say a word and kept looking at the ground.
"Look at me when I talk to you Chan!" I shouted frustrated. He looks up at me with teary eyes. "Felix, I'm sorry."
The way Chan looked at me hurt. Just seeing him cry hurt me so much. No matter how confusing and frustrating Chan could be, I just can't hate him. He's too special to hate. The way he said he was sorry, I knew it was real. I knew he meant it. That's when I started to feel bad. I pouted and said, "I'm sorry too.." We look at each other. No matter how insane we look, we didn't say a word. Chan immediately opens his arms and hugs me. I stood there in shock for a few seconds then I accepted his embrace. I felt his heart beating against my chest and his grip around me. He held me tight and I heard him begin to sob. "C-Chan..please don't cry." I say in a shaky voice.
"I hurt you so bad Felix, I'm so sorry. You didn't deserve that."
Like I said, I can't be mad at Chan so I forgave him. "It's okay, I forgive you." I dug my face into his chest as Chan held me tighter. We stayed in this position for a few more minutes. Pure comfort and happiness rushed into my body. I haven't felt this feeling in a long time. Chan may not be ready now but I'll always wait for him.
