Quietly closing the car door I wave goodnight to the others, the car drives off leaving me and Andrew to look at the house wondering what to do next
"I have the front door key but we have to be super quiet"
He nods and we both start to walk, we make it up the patio steps and I as quietly as possible unlock the door and enter the house closing the door softly behind us after
"Now as quick as we can we need to-"
"Where were you Ashley?"
I freeze in the spot before slowly turning around to realise all the boys except Ethan, Noah, Sam and James were standing there
"Hey you guys" I force a smile, my eyes immediately go to Cole who has a casual smirk on his face, I could have sworn I saw him at the party...
"You seem dressed up..." Luke looks me up and down as do the rest
"Eyes up here" I shake my head and start to take off my heels keeping them in my hand
"So you never answered the question Collins, where were you?" Cole asks this time and I scowl at him
"On a date" I replied taking them by shock
"With who?" Daniel asks
"Andrew", Andrew looks at me with wide eyes as if not to get him involved but I ignore it with a slight smirk
"So Andrew wears, lipstick?"
Well, my plan is foiled now anyways
"Fine, if it is such a big deal I went to a party" honesty is the only thing I can use now, my words slur slightly
"Ashley Collins, sneaking out to go to a party, that isn't really like you now is it" Cole chuckles earning a middle finger from me
"Where were you Cole?"
They all turn their attention to Cole, he plays it off "I was here"
"No you were not I went into your room needing your help with something and you were no where to be seen" Sam says emerging from upstairs with a raised accusing eyebrow
"Come to think about it I didn't see you down at one o'clock to have your daily night feast either" Luke mumbles loud enough for everyone to hear
Cole runs a hand through his hair causing me to nearly swoon for some reason, the drinks really do be getting to me
"Fine, you caught me" he shrugs, "I was at a girls house"
All the guys cover their ears and scurry out of the room shouting their good nights as all their running footsteps can be heard piling up the stairs
Cole turns to me with his usual smirk "damn you a party girl and a snitch now eh?"
"I am tired, we need to get some sleep Andrew" I smile up at Andrew widely and he smiles back both of us definitely wouldn't make it up the stairs
Andrew is already ahead of me and is half way up, I grab onto the railing with one hand the other still has my heels in it
"I can do this" I mumble to myself slowly getting up one step
I make it half way before I miss a step and fall backwards, I immediately drop my heels trying to grab onto the railing but I fall down and brace myself
Instead of hitting steps the whole way down I hit into something, someone who laughs and catches me so my back is against their chest
Cole picks me up bridal style and carries me up the rest of the stairs "You can get your heels tomorrow, they won't move"
