14) "Can i keep you?"

Amara POV

It was now Monday and I was walking to Gal's office.

We haven't seen each other since she came into my house, but she has been texting me non stop at night

I arrived at her office and smiled "There will be a visitor today in my office, just act professional" she said and I nodded

"I just got called downstairs, if the visitor comes, try to act professional" she said and I giggled

A couple minutes later the visitor came in to the office. "Gal, will come here shortly" I said to the man

The man......looks familiar though

"It's fine, I actually not here for her so I'm glad she's not here" he said then took out a knife

"Y-You're that guy that was following me" i said and he nodded

"I've been waiting for this day!" He said then ran up to me, but I felt arms wrapping around my waist in front of me

I looked in front of me and saw the man was being tackled by police officers.

I looked up and saw Gal. I immediately looked down at her stomach and it was bleeding. I started to cry and she fell down

I put her head on my lap and she was shaking. I took off my jacket and applied pressure

"A-Are you okay?" She whispered and I nodded. I was crying still

She then closed her eyes and I panicked

The paramedics came and took her away. I followed her into the ambulance and they drove us to the hospital

The doctors took her to surgery and I waited in the waiting room.

It's been a couple of hours and I asked a nurse if Gal was okay. She said yes and gave me her room number

I arrived to her room and opened the door. I saw Zack sitting on the bed with her. They both turned around and I saw Gal eyes widened

On the other hand, Zack didn't look too happy. "What are you doing here?! You're the reason why Gal got stabbed! Get out before I call security!" He yelled "Zack, I'm actually tired so can you leave while I sleep." Gal said and he nodded

He kissed Gal on the lips and left the room.

Since she was tired, I went for the door to leave

"Where are you going?" Gal said behind me. I turned around and looked at her "Y-You said that you were tired" I whispered

"Yeah, but.....I'm never tired of you. Please stay" She whispered and I nodded

I sat on the couch and we talked about random things

"Did that guy went to jail?" Gal said "Yeah" I whispered "Good, I can finally sleep" she said

I became tired so lay down on the couch. I kept moving around since the couch was uncomfortable.

"Lay next to me" I heard Gal said with her soothing accent

"I-I'm good" I said "Lay next to me, or else your neck and back will hurt. If you get hurt, I can't stay still or sleep. Plus you have sleep next to me before" she said and I giggled

I stood up and lay on the hospital bed with her. My head on her chest and her arms around my waist.

"Can I keep you?" She whispered Softly "Okay" I said

"Why did you got stabbed for me?" I whispered "I'll tell you another time" She whispered softly and I nodded

My eyes became heavy

"Goodnight, my cookie" Gal whispered

That was the last thing I heard before I went to sleep
