🏃LOSING WEIGHT 🏃
I've always said that i was going to lose weight but never got around to it. Around 2 months ago i weighed 164 pounds. This may be fine for my height/age and idk but i wanted a change and that was my personal wish.

i started doing keto which is essentially cutting out lots of carbs like pasta, bread, rice, potatoes etc. I thought it would be hard and frankly the first week was a challenge. You get a keto headache which feels like hell. But after that first week i realized i could eat just about anything. I was still able to get full and enjoy foods.  It helped and i didn't feel sluggish as usual. Then i started working out. I don't have a gym to go to so i work out at home. I do a ten minute workout for my abs and 10 for my butt. Both require no equipment. I did this around the start of June.

It is currently July 17th and i can say that i am now 135 pounds. I couldn't be more proud of myself for pushing myself to my goal. My original goal was 120 but personally im happy with where my weight is at currently.

i may update and post pictures but frankly im not sure if im 100% okay with that. Thank you <3
