NOT KIDS ANYMORE {Will Byers x reader}

I could barely focus on the movie after that. But I could hear Will anymore either.

Everyone else was talking about the movie as we were all walking out to grab our bikes. But me and Will just kept eyeing each other.

"Are you both okay? You've both been silent the whole time, and YN your rarely silent." Max said.

I glance at Will before turning to Max. "Ya Maxi, just have a lot on my mind. You know, with Dusty coming home today and all."

She nodded slowly and I see Will pull his bike out of the bike rack. "We're still meeting at my house right?" I ask.

Max, Lucus and Mike nods. "Hopper will bring El over too." Mike says.

I nod and get on Will's bike. "Alright, we'll meet you guys there." I say as I wrap my arms around Will and he takes off.

-No one's pov-

Max, Lucas and Mike watch as YN and Will go through the parking lot, leaving them behind.

"They are totally going home and making-out aren't they." Max says, breaking the silence.

Lucas and Mike nod, and get their bikes out.

"Lets show up a minute or two later. Cause I don't really want to see that." Lucas says.

-Your pov-

'Will?'

I try talking to him again, but no response. I sigh and put my head on his back pack.

"Will?" I say.

I feel him stiffen slightly, before he relaxes.

"Y-ya?"

I gulp and close my eyes. "C-could you hear me? In the movie theater?" I ask.

He takes in a deep breath and we turn into my driveway. He stops and I get off and look at him.

"Yea..... I-I could hear you." He says without looking at me.

He puts the bike against the side of the house, hidden from view, as I unlock the door.

- Will pov-

I walk into the house and YN shuts the door behind me. I glance at her and she leans her back against the door and looks at me.

"Did you feel it?" I ask before she can say anything.

Her body stiffens and she looks down. And she nods.

"The fear that makes you freeze? The cold? That thing?" She says.

I nod and look down. "Why did we feel that? Why are we the only ones who felt that?" I ask as I look up at her again.

She walks up to me and grabs my hand, dragging me to her bedroom.

She shuts the door and I sit on her bed.

She walks over to me and sits down next to me and grabs my hands.

"Will, do you remember when we had last saw eachother? When I was still in the Upside down?" She asks.

My mind flashes back to when I had last saw her. When the Mind Flayer was still in me.

"'And I can't help but fall in love with you every time I see you smile.'

She blushes and smiles, making my heart melt. We kiss lightly and pull back. I see her frown and my vision starts to blur.
