Who Will Save the Hero

I was doing my patrol flight around the city. I heard someone screaming I landed close by to see a girl.

"Miss, are you alright?" I asked.

"I'm alright but you won't," she said. I was confuse until I felt a wave a pain flowing through my head. I was consume by darkness.

Jayden should be back by now. I should go out to find him. I grabbed my bag and headed out. I got to a store that is selling TV.  I saw it was Dr. Vine and his assistant, Nurse Bluff, standing next to Lightning Prince.

"Oh my god," I said, shocked, "Lightning Prince," I can't think of a reason of why. The hero league would do something about it would they. I hope so. Maybe I should call them but then Jayden's parents would worry. I got to get him back but how. I can't go as Dark Shadow or maybe I should.

"If you want to see your beloved hero alive you will send us your boss heroes," Dr. Vine, "Because if not, " He said, sliding his thumb across his throat.  I run down the street I run into a alleyway. I changed into Dark Shadow. 

"I got to save him," I said, as landed on the roof top.

"Dark Shadow!" I heard a scream. I turn back to see a Change.

"Oh Change, what do you need?" I asked.

"I know you were behind this,"

"Behind what?" I asked, crossing my arms.

"Lightning Prince capture," Change growled.

"No, I wasn't. I wouldn't. I couldn't do that to him. It was Dr. Vine and Nurse Bluff," I said. I looked around to see the rest.

"You're a villain. Why should we trust you?" FireIce said.  

"Because, I know where they are hiding him," I said.

"Really and where is he then," I looked back to see Captain Far.

"The top of the villa," I whispered, "But there would be a trap. I don't want Lightning Prince to be harmed," I said.

"Why do you care? Your a villain," he said.

"Because he understand me better than you. You don't understand us Villains," I snapped, "Just go save him." They took off. I stand by the TV stand and saw them got captured. 

"Who will save our heroes?" the reported said.

"I guess it have to be me," I sighed. I turned around and saw a lot of people starring.

"Dark Shadow? Dark Shadow ? Dark Shadow?" I heard a little girl. I turn to see her, "I know you don't like Lightning Prince but please save him,"

"Don't worry child. I like to tease him. I don't want to see him get killed," I said, "Now go to mother. I waved her off.  I took a deep breath. I will be a unlikely hero. I transport myself on top of the Villa.

"Dark Shadow, You decided to help me destroy them,"  Dr. Vain said.

"No. I'm done with this life!" I screamed.  

"You know there is know way out," Dr. Vain said.

"How do you know?" I said, felt my power where raging inside.

"Dark Shadow. Why are defending them?" Dr. Vain asked, pointing at the heroes.

"Because on of them safe my life more than once," I said.

"Nurse Bluff, sedated him. Now!" He scream.  I use my stop time power. I took away there weapons. I release the heroes. I grabbed them and got them out there. Before I could Nurse Bluff grabbed me.

"Where do you think you going?" She growled. I pushed her off.

"Get off," I  screamed. I felt something stabbed me. I hissed and time started again.

"DARK SHADOW!" I heard someone screamed my name.

~Third person.

"I'm reporting  live. Lightning Prince's Villain, Dark Shadow, is fighting off Dr. Vine and Nurse Bluff. Why is he helping these heroes now? Oh My God, Watch Out!"

I have to stop them to save Lightning Prince. I have to. Come give me something I could work with. I felt my powers welling up again.  I guess I should use while I still have it. I focus on it.  The shadow was flying all around me.

"What's happening?" I heard Nurse Bluff said.

Something is going on I saw Dark Shadow's shadows flowing around him. His eyes change a purple. I felt fear was everywhere but I know there is nothing to be scared of.

"Dark Shadow!" I screamed. I saw him looking at me.

"Don't worry," He said.

It's time to get rid of them. Not kill them but hand them to the police. I  let my shadow surround them.  After a few minutes, I release them.  They where shaking. I tied them up. I holding my side and walked over to the heroes.

"Don't hurt us,"  FireIce and Change said.  I untied the heroes.

"Dark Shadow, are you okay?" Lightning Prince said.

"I'm fine," I said. I felt a huge wave of pain, "Never mind,"

"Okay, Let's get you down," I felt Lightning Prince picked me up. I wrapped my arms around Lightning Prince neck. I felt a lot emotions at this moment, "Dark Shadow, are you okay?"

"No, I thought you was going to die. I can't lose you," I cried, feeling tears running down my cheeks.

"Don't worry, you can't lose me that easy. Shh... I got you," he cooed.  We landed I saw the little girl. She was smiling and then frown. She ran up to us.

"Dark Shadow, Are you okay?" She asked, as Lightning Prince place me back on the ground.

"Yeah, I'll be fine," I said, smiling at her. She hugged me. I hugged her back.

"I'm sorry I got you hurt," she said, crying a bit.

"It's okay. I wanted to save him as well," I said, leaning her back up. I whipped away her tears.

"Really?" She asked.

"Yeah," I said. I stood back up. I almost fell backwards.

"Whoa, I got you," Lightning Prince said.

"Thanks," I said.

"No, Thank you," He said, pulling me into a kiss. I melted into it.  We pulled away.

"Wow!"  I said, coving my mouth.

"I love you," Lightning Prince said.

"I-I- I love you too," I said, pulling him into a hug.
