Chapter 3: Lost In Own Thoughts...

Romy sat against the wall in her bedroom with tears in her eyes. She kept staring at the ground because she couldn't believe they killed her only sister. Yasmine walked into the room and sat down next to Romy. "It was not your fault dear..." she said to calm Romy down. Romy looked at her. "Who's fault is it then?!" Romy said with an angry voice. Yasmine hugged Romy. "Someone is trying to break you down... Someone wants to use you to kill more people, but you'll have to fight against their control!" Yasmine said. Romy looked out of the window. "But my curse is uncontrollable. How am I going to control it if it is uncontrollable," Romy said as a tear rolled down her face. Yasmine swiped away the tear. "You are in charge of the curse, if you don't control it then nothing will!" Yasmine said to Romy. Romy looked at her mom. "Are you sure mom?" Romy asked her. Yasmine looked at Romy. "I'm a hundred percent, sure darling!" Yasmine said to calm her down. Romy sighed deeply. "Alright then," she said as she stood up with her mom. Yasmine looked out of the window. "There is something I need to tell you," Yasmine said as she walked to the window. Romy looked at her mom. "What is it, mom?" she asked her mom. "You are not human... You are from a world beneath the surface... You are a vampire..." Yasmine said as she turned towards Romy...

After a few minutes, Romy stopped staring. "I'm a... Vampire?" Romy said slowly as she couldn't believe it. "Is that why I'm cursed?" she said as she looked up at her mom. Her mom nods yes. Romy looked at her hands and they start to glow with a kind of pink glowing cracks over her hands. "W-What is this?!" Romy said in a panic. Yasmine looked at her hands. "Your rage is trying to control you, fight it and nothing bad will happen!" Yasmine said to her. Romy grabbed her head as her eyes slowly turn reddish. Yasmine ran over to Romy to help her, but Romy pushed her away against the ground as she turned towards the wall. Yasmine looked up at Romy. "Darling, please don't do this! Keep yourself under control!" the girl stood outside the window looking at them. Yasmine saw the girl and looked with anger at her. The girl just kept smiling evilly at Yasmine as Romy came towards her. She turned towards Romy and crawled backward against a wall. "Romy... Please... Don't do this!" Yasmine said, but Romy's eyes were fully reddish. Romy grabbed Yasmine by the neck and pulled her up from the ground. Yasmine tried to get free from Romy's hands. "ARGH!" Yasmine yelled in pain as she kicked Romy in her belly. She dropped her mom and she ran out of the room. Romy walked after her, but before she left her room she grabbed a knife. "This cannot be... She is under control, but it is not her curse..." Yasmine said as she ran downstairs towards the front door, but out of nowhere, the girl appeared. "DON'T YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TIME AND EFFORT IT TAKES TO KILL YOU?!" The girl yelled at Yasmine as she felt down backward on the ground. "YOU ARE A FOOL TO THINK I WILL STOP HUNTING YOU DOWN! YOU ARE A MONSTER JUST LIKE YOUR DAUGHTER IS!" the girl looked at the stairs as Romy came down the stairs with a knife in her hands. "And now your daughter will kill you like you killed your own mother a long time ago!" the girl said. Yasmine looked at the unknown girl. "You won't get away with this!" she yelled at the girl. "But I already have!" the girl said as she looked at Yasmine. "You won't stand in my way any longer now... I will take your daughter and use her to kill so many people!" the girl said as she stepped towards the door. "Oh, Romy... Could you finish your mother off for me?" the girl asked...

Romy walked slowly towards Yasmine and raises her knife in the air. Yasmine kicked the knife out of Romy's hands and snapped with her finger. Romy immediately gains control back. "W-What happened?" Romy asked slowly as she looked around. The girl looked angry at them. "NO! THIS WAS MY CHANCE TO FINISH YOU AND IT DID NOT WORK?! I WILL COME BACK DOBBINS!!". The girl yelled as she disappeared. Romy looked at her mom with tears in her eyes. "I-I was so scared... I-I was t-trapped in my mind... Not knowing what was going on... I-I..." Romy said as she almost cried. Yasmine hugged her tightly. "It is ok darling... There is nothing to worry about! It will all be ok!" she said to Romy...

Meanwhile, in Romy's head. She looked around in a dark and pitch-black room. "W-Where am I? Is anyone here?" she asked. "You will never get control over me, Romy!" her vampire self said to her. "Who are you?!" Romy asked. Her vampire self looked at her. "I am you and you are me! I am everything you are and you are everything I am!" she said. Romy looked confused around the room. "What is this place?" Romy asked her vampire self. "This is your mind! Your thoughts, your brains! They're all here!" her vampire self said as she looked around too. "If you weren't so strong I would have already let you kill your whole family!" she said to Romy. "Give me the control over your body or I will just take it myself!" her vampire self said. Romy looked down and then up at her vampire self with her pink glowing eyes. "I will never give you control over me!" Romy said as she shot a pink glowing beam at her vampire self who gets blown backward against the ground. "W-What?! How are you doing this?!" her vampire self said to her. Romy looked down at her vampire self. "I won't let my anger out in a wrong way against someone!" Romy said as she created pink glowing chains for her vampire self and chained her to a pole in the darkness of her mind. "You won't get out any time soon!" Romy said as she looked at her vampire self...

Back in the real world, Romy and Yasmine have sat down in the kitchen looking at the letter again. "What could this letter be, mom?" Romy asked her mom. Yasmine looked good at the letter. "This is from the vampire realm... It was sent as a warning... Because a prisoner has escaped the most secured prison of the vampire realm." Yasmine said. Romy looked at her. "Can that prisoner be that girl?" Romy asked. Yasmine looked at the letter. "A demon girl who wants to create a new realm to her liking." She said with a worried face. "But she needs power in order to do it... And that power comes from an object of power called a Relic," Yasmine said even more worried. "I think she wants to change you into a Relic,". She said as she looked at Romy. "I can't let this happen to you!" Yasmine said. Romy looked at her mom with tears in her eyes. "Why do we have to go through all this... Why can't we live a normal life like everyone else... Why are we the ones with a curse." Romy said as she hugged her mom. Yasmine hugged her back. "Don't worry... Everything will be fine!" She said to calm Romy down. The ground and the house began to shake a lot like an earthquake. "What is happening?!" Romy yelled in fear. Yasmine looked towards the front door. "She... Can't mean to!" Yasmine said...

This took me a while to think about how to do this Chapter and how to let it fit in with the rest of the storyline, but I'm pretty happy about it!
