STRANGE FEELING

The knock went louder "who is there" I shouted but I got no reply "I said who is there" but still no reply I had my went up to the door and put my hand on the door knob I got my guts and opened the door but when I opened the door there was no one there just a letter I picked up the letter and checked again if someone was there but there was no sign of a person I closed the door and I sat on the couch on opened the letter it said :-

My dear y/n ,

I know you but you don't know me. And from now onwards you will have a new and painful and different life. You know why people hate you. You will know soon and when you will know you will regret knowing the truth and about your past.

I was not aware what was happening but this letter creeped

me out and what is it supposed to mean by knowing truth and etc. After reading this letter I was so not into open the box and the 'thing' I had in my apartment I was scared to open it. That time I decided to not touch them and go to sleep. Before going to sleep I put the 'thing' on the box and placed it besides the door. And went to sleep.
AT NIGHT 1:00 AM~
I was sleeping peacefully until I heard by room's lock trying to open and with a sudden bang my door opened but nothing but darkness was visible suddenly sounds of footsteps could be heard I was scared and the foot steps stopped in front of my door I put my blanket above my head not knowing what to do. Suddenly a voice came I couldn't figure out who's voice it was "open the box it is important someone's life depends on it open it open it OPEN IT" it screamed the last words and came running towards the bed it footsteps was getting loud and fast. I jumped off the bed trying to figure out what happened I was sweating and breathing heavily then I looked at the door it remained open the only thing that was inside me was fear. I took a deep breath and gathered my strength and turned on the lamp but no one was to be found I got off my bed and started to make my way towards living room I saw my front door was locked I tried to open the door but it was locked like no one tried to enter then how can someone open my bedroom door I turn to go back but some kind of sound came from my feet I looked down and saw a paper I moved my leg and picked up the paper it had something written on it :-

My y/n,
You have to open  the box and you are the only one that can open it if you again decide to ignore it something will happen to you and it will be done by the time you finish reading this

I was not buying it what was going to happen I was about to crumble the paper but suddenly a stone came from my right and hit my head "ouch" it hit my head pretty hard I faced my window but suddenly my eyes went wide...
