Y/n POV

Stupid test. Stupid medical examination. Stupid Stark. Stupid. I hate doctors. I wanna leave. I wanna go back to my room and sleep. Please let me leave soon.

These were my thoughts all morning. Today we had been running test. A lot of test but right now was by far the worse part. Shots. I hate shots. Not a normal hate either. They bring back bad memories and kill my happy mood. What a pain in my ass. The only thing providing me a little bit of joy in this moment was Peter. He was standing in the corner of Tony's lab, once in a while cracking a funny joke. However, right now even the jokes weren't able to keep the shots off my mind. Then I saw it. The shot on a dish right out in front of me. I barley felt my legs move when I was picked up and ran out the room.

"Y/n WAIT." Peter yelled after me. I ended up going straight to the balcony on my room. My breathing heavy from running and anxiety. I sat down trying to calm myself. Breath. Breath. It didn't work, I gulped down spit trying to somehow get more air clear my air ways. I heard steps at the door and soon a concerned Peter Parker was kneeling in front of me.

"Y/n."

"i can't do it peter." I whispered.

"Shhh it's ok." He pulled me into his arms. "Just breathe. It's ok." I could feel him running his hand through my hair. "How about we do it together? I'll be right there beside you."

"I don't know." I said pulling from his arms. I looked at the ground as if something was there. There wasn't. "It's all bad memories coming from that. It's... overwhelming."

"Then we can be overwhelmed together." He gave me a small smile before rising to his feet and extending his hand out to me. I looked at it for a couple of seconds before eventually taking it. We walked back to Tony's lab in a comfortable silence. Soon I was back on the table and Peter took his place in the corner.

"You ok, Kiddo?" Tony asked.

"Yeah I'm ok." I gave him a hug, which surprised him but he hugged back.

"You ready then." I nodded. I extended my arm out and Tony wiped it. He then raised the needle to my arm.

"WAIT." I practically yelled. Tony jolted up questioningly. "Peter can you come here?"

He moved from the wall and made his way over. He stood right next to me. "I'm right here." He said reaching for my hand. Slowly we intertwined our fingers. I gave him a smile before turning back to Tony.

"I'm ready." I said. Soon after it was all over. Peter helped me get down from the examination table and together we headed to the door.

"Hey kids, this better not be a thing." Tony motioned to our hands.

We simply shook our heads smiling and continued on walking.

"HEY THAT WASNT AN ANSWER!!!"
