Background story:

Takes place after the events of  d-gray man Season 4 and the manga chapter 218, a group of new Noah has risen, Krone Chang a 16 year old Chinese inmate on charges of  a 1st degree murder, and mentally insane, becomes the 16th Noah of anguish. Now exorcist have to fight for their lives, even the Noah are sacred by this this new Noah , even his own brother and sister who are also Noah*( kagi the 17th of death,and  Hades the 18th of fear) are scared of him, also risen is Neah Walkers son Jao walker the 19th of misery, and his akuma sister and guardian Wasbo and Tonya walker. Kanda is reveled to have  a ghost of noah, after the death of his beloved sister, the ghost of the mysterious and widely feared Misjuma the 22sec noah of suffering, and part of the trunado: which includes Neah walker, the Earl, misjuma, croc vlakia, and Tinjusto, the  five most powerful noah ever, and the mysterious Masquerade, and Zodiac

Krone Chang

background: He along with his older two siblings grew up in a rural village in southwest China,

he was arrested for murder, and prepared for execution, when he was turned into a Noah. when his powers first surfaced in his home village of Kankoe in the mountainous region in southwest China, he whipped out a portion of his an a neighboring village. He was a shy, and easy frightened boy, easily upset when people abused him.

Powers:

whats so unique about Krone, is that after he became a Noah, his entire body made up of sand , the sand has its own persona, and will defend him, or attack someone at his own will, or when he orders it, through hand signs, his inner Noah craves blood, and his sand will act according to his desires. He can create clones of himself or others, he can travel using sand, he is immune to any attack. for some reason he wears glasses similar to the 1st greed's from Fma brotherhood, it was given to him by the Earl so as a deterrent, to him attack the other members .

appearance: his looks,voice,dress is similar to the 1st greed form Fma brotherhood/2003 anime/manga, he wears dark sunglasses which are  made out of innocence and uses to protect the rest of the Noah from his  quote" you monster!!" quoted from Allen walker during his encounter with the siblings in northwest  China, during the monster vs. Truth arc.

True form: Sand Demon is what the other Noah  manly the twins Jasdevi called him (as a joke until they were pummeled sensibly to death), a hulking beast with the two characters for demon on either side of his face.

powers: she has the ability to summon and control  mindless puppets with different personality's , and uses them depending on the situation that has a risen, she can create a puppet from a live person by using dark matter to destroy innocence and remove any organs from the body.
