"How is she?" I stood up from my seat as soon as I saw my mum walk in. "She's doing okay sweetheart. But I think you should probably shower before seeing her." She came over and kissed me on my cheek. "I'm fine like this". She raised her eyebrow judging my choice and placed her hands on my shoulders giving them a small rub. "Honey... you're covered in her own blood. It might freak her out little".
I did a little frustrating dance that shook her hands off my shoulders and sulked my way to the bathroom where I took a shower.

I opened my eyes and tried to sit up but was met with an agonising pain. I immediately fell back onto the mattress and held onto where I was shot, scrunching my face. "How are you doing?" A tall beautiful woman asked as she walked in with a small smile. I looked at her confused and then around the room.

"Where am I?" She gently sat her self on the end of my bed and took my hand. "You're in my house" "Are you good or bad?" "You're in a safe place here" I studied her face for longer this time and picked up on some familiar features. "Do I know you?" She let out a small laugh before there was a knock on the door. I recognised the face straight away and went to get up and hug him but well you guessed it. PAIIIIIINNNNNN
