"What do you want, Taehyung?" You asked playfully over the phone. "Pft, I was just going to ask you if you wanted to go play laser tag with us but forget it." He said. "No, no! I was kidding! I want to go, take me with you!" You pleaded. "Alright, only because you sound so cute when you beg. We'll be over in a half hour to pick you up." Taehyung said. Soon enough, you were at the laser tag place and had to pick teams. "I call being on (y/n)'s team!" Taehyung yelled, grabbing your wrist and raising it in the air. Before you could say anything, Taehyung dragged you into the building. Once you got your guns and gear, you went into the course and stood on your teams side. "Don't worry, (y/n), I'll protect you." Taehyung said, flashing a super hero pose. "You, protect me? If anything, I'll be the one protecting you while you run away from Hoseok." You said crossing your arms. He raised the side of his lip and narrowed his eyes. You laughed slightly as the match began. The main lights turned off and the lights from your guns, chest pieces and the obstacles lit up. Red and blue lights were moving about the course and you, being on the red team, ended up tagging three people within the first 5 minutes. Going to the upper level of the course, you spotted a blue team member trying to hide behind a wall, so you went in for the kill, or in this case, the tag. You positioned yourself behind a half wall, ducking. Suddenly, you heard your name being called. "(Y/n), look out!" You turned your head and saw Taehyung throw himself in front of you. Jungkook, from the blue team, was trying to tag you, but Taehyung blocked it and he got tagged instead. "Jungkook, how could you try to tag (y/n)?" Taehyung yelled. "It's a game and we are on opposite teams, Taehyung." You said as you tagged Jungkook. "Noona, I wasn't ready!" He yelled. You just laughed while Taehyung winced, feigning hurt. "I, I can't go on." He said. You cupped his face. "No, Taehyung, you have to be strong, don't give up!" You said. "C-come closer." He whispered. You leaned down. "What is it?" He paused and grinned. "I told you I would protect you." You smiled. "My hero." You said. "Don't you think your hero deserves a reward?" You thought for a second then leaned in and kissed his cheek. He sat up and threw his arms into the air. "I'm alive, it's a miracle!"
