Bloody Mary- lady gaga

News travelled fast about the dead prefect during dinner. The girls from before had joined us. One looked almost exactly like the one I fought, the other was shorter and was also in the Slytherin house. The chatter starts to get to my end of the table. Leo turns to me. "Some girl had fallen through a window." He smiles. "Nothing like this has ever happened before, it's always so dull." I nod, poking at the vegetables on my plate. "People says it looked like she was thrown out." I stop poking my food. "Really? That's insane."

"That's what I said. I didnt believe it at first but then I saw the room belonging to the window. It was definitely murder." Leo says this loud enough for anyone around us to hear. The chatter gets louder, it spreads from our table to all the others. Murmurs consisting of "Murder?", "Theres a Murderer in the school?" And questions of safety are heard everywhere. A glass from the front table is clinked, slowly silencing everyone in the room. Leo and I turn from our conversation to pay attention to the headmaster.

"I know you all must have heard about our accident." He places his glass down, connecting his hands together. "Everyone here is safe, there is no need to worry." He assures everyone. "A ceremony will be held for Natalie, in two days time. During that day all of your classes will be cancelled. He grabs his glass and waves it up in the air, before returning to his seat.

I saw this as an absolute win. She was out of the picture, a threat to the school, and we had no classes for a whole day. If people actually gave the matter a good thought, no one would be mad at the mystery killer if they admitted to doing it. But people don't think that way, they dont look at the bigger picture. It's always been that way and seemingly will never change.

Believe it or not, but I had gone back to the library after dinner. Knowing that anyone with a brain would not leave something like the chamber of secrets out in the open, I look through the fiction section. I spot something that resembles the word of secret chamber, my eyes light up and I head straight for it. Upon doing so, I accidentally bump into someone. "Oh, sorry." I apologize without thinking, whoever it was I had knocked them to the ground. "No it's my fault entirely." That voice... "I'm sorry but do I know you?" I ask.

They keep their head down, trying to cover their face as best as possible. "I dont believe so." He squirms under my gaze. I smirk, now knowing all too well of who I was talking to. "Oh but your just...so familiar." I step closer to Oliver and lift his head up by his chin. We were now face to face in actual daylight. The light has helped me notice some features that I may have not been able to see in the dark. Such as his light brown hair or the fact that his eyes were a light gray. "What a coincidence."

"Yes it is," He agrees, by his voice you could tell he wanted to leave. "Maybe we should see each other in the day." I offer, Oliver looks extremely suprised. "Well," I begin to explain. "I would like some sort of friend. Someone I can trust. You, Oliver, I have already put so much in." He nods and takes a deep breath. "Well then, what were you looking for...?"

"Pads." I supply, earning a confused look from Oliver. "I don't like going by my actual name." He nods, turning to face the shelf I was heading for just before we crashed into one another. "So?" Oh! Almost forgot. I slip a finger in between the shelf and the wide old book that had caught my eye. I knock the book forward and catch it on it's way down. It was the exact book that I needed. "Secret Chambers?"

"Yes, they are all quite interesting really. Did you know theres one right under my room? Crazy right?" He suddenly gets nervous. "You may want to switch rooms, the chambers are dangerous. " I roll my eyes. "You think I can't handle my own safety?" He looks away, sighing. "That's not what I meant. Look, can we just not do that?"
