I slipped on a pair of grey jeggings, buttoning them. I also put on a white chiffon spaghetti crop top with straps. I then slipped my feet into a pair of black peep toe pumps. I then walked over to my black vanity and sat down on the chair, grabbing my curler. My hair was naturally curly, but I just wanted to add a few more curls and make it neater.

After I finished, I applied some mascara and red lipstick before putting on some light blush. I stood up and shrugged on the black leather jacket, my boyfriend of three years, Andrew Pearce had given me for our two year anniversary.

I walked out of my large bedroom, closing the door behind me before walking down the stairs. I heard Blair and Hayden behind me.  "Please, oh please, don't let Tori and Austin be wearing sweatshirts and shorts." I heard my father say from the kitchen as we all entered.

"They are." I informed him, kissing him cheek before sitting down at the table, taking a bite of the waffle that my father had made, along with some croissants. "You two really want to keep the tradition, don't you?" He asked and Austin and Blair nodded.

"Besides, we've both got practise today." Blair said, eating a croissant first, before kissing Dad's cheek. Dad stood, arms crossed and looked at all of us.

"All my beautiful babies." He sighed and Blair frowned,  "Please don't get all sappy on us Da." Blair said before her eyes widened, "Uncle Rob," She quickly said before nodding, "Uncle Rob."

"So, how long did y'all wait to change out of your wet clothes?" Dad asked, trying to change the subject. "About five to ten minutes." Austin said, and Dad nodded knowingly, "Of course."

"AJ, you're driving." Dad spoke as soon as Blair and Austin had finished eating, they were always first.  "Tori, how long are you going to keep up all the traditions?" My father asked and she sadly smiled, "Til the day I die." She softly said before picking up her bag and following Austin out.

"What kind of traditions?" Hayden asked nobody in particular and my father and I exchanged glances, "You go." We both said before shaking our heads, "No, you tell him."

"Dad, Blair's gonna hate me." I tried to reason and he shook his head, "You know she loves you." He argued and I sighed, "Before things changed," I carefully said, "Blair and Austin used to always sit beside each other in the car and do everything together." I then shrugged my shoulders, acting as if it was no big deal, when in fact it was a huge deal.

I looked behind Hayden and saw Blair standing by the wall. When she saw me look at her, she turned. "Blair!" I called before sighing. "She hates me." I moaned, swiftly kissing my father's left cheek before grabbing my bag and rushing out after her, my big cousin trailing behind me.

When we got outside, Blair and Austin were already in the car, her feet on the dashboard, as always. Austin was turned, facing her and trying to talk to her but she just kept shaking her head. Hayden and I entered the vehicle and they both stopped talking.

I was about to open my mouth to say something but Austin stopped me, "Brooke." His stern voice said and he looked at me through the rear-view mirror. "Don't."

Soon we were on the road and Blair was on her phone for a bit before it began to talk. "Austin! Mallory! Come here!" A woman's voice called and I instantly recognized her as Blair's Mom, Alexandra.

"Mommy! Austin pushed me into the water!" A tiny Blair whined. "But then I saved you!" Austin's proud voice rang out and Alexandra laughed, "Well, why don't you two kiss and make up?" she asked.

"But isn't AJ afraid of cooties?" Blair asked and Austin quickly stepped in, "You're the only girl that doesn't have them." He said and Blair gasped, "Really?" Then there was a pause and I'm guessing Austin nodded. "How do you know?" Blair and her Mom asked in sync.
