IT was already evening when I got home. Swear, buying grocery stuffs with those crackheads— it was chaotic. Halos mapaalis ulit kami kanina sa loob ng Hillshade Mall dahil sa kalokohan namin. Sa sobrang ingay namin kanina, para kaming naghahamok ng gulo.
And for sure, kung wala pa kaming dalang listahan ng bibilhin, kung anu-anong mabibili namin. We focused on buying foods for us and other necessary things. Nag-ambagan kami for these dahil kami-kami lang 'rin naman makikinabang no'n.
Well except for Kobe. Napakuripot na nilalang! May kaya naman sila pero ayaw n'ya halos mag-ambag. Kung hindi kaya namin s'ya isama sa bakasyon namin?
Napailing na lang tuloy ako at napapabungisngis tuwing naalala ko ang mga kabaliwan namin kanina sa daan. We were a group of idiots. Lahat abnormal. Si Rachel med'yo may saltik 'rin kaya included talaga s'ya sa pagiging baliw namin.
Napahiga ako sa kama at napatingin sa puting kisame. I heaved a sigh as my mind went to a trip to memory lane.
We were young and naive back then when we first met each other. Galing kami sa magkakaibang section, maliban sa amin nila Charlot at Gwen. Actually, I had no idea that there would be a time that a bond will form between us. I mean, magkakaiba kami ng ugali noon. It just happened out of nowhere. We just laughed together one time and the following things were history.
Charlot, Gwen, Yvonne, Rachel, Rose, Dane,Jewel, Kobe, Moises, Arjay, Gabriel and I. We were best of friends. I felt like no one could break us all apart. We went through different things, so I believe nothing could do that to us.
They weren't the perfect circle of friends I had.
But they were the best.
Wala na akong ibang mahihiling pa.
And that week-long vacation? I bet it would be the fun and unforgettable for us.

In this house, there was an only rule that we must follow. Eat together. Ayaw na ayaw ni Mom at Dad na kakain kami ng hindi sabay-sabay sa mesa. They thought that it was the best time to bond with your family while eating delicious meal. Well, I think they were right. Masaya kumain kapag kasabay sila.
