in which i give you a rundown of daeun throughout the 2 cool for skool era

' SONGS! ₊˚.༄ ೃ -
daeun stans have very mixed
feelings about this era. the
songs had a very cool rap
and hip hop vibe to them. in
this era kyung debuted as a ra-
pper. although she didn't have
a lot of lines altogether, this era
consisted of very hardcore raps
for her. they wanted to add to
the fact that daeun was a single
female in a male dominant
group and portray her as confi-
dent and tough.

sha also harmonized a little with
the vocal line.

' STYLE! ₊˚.༄ ೃ -
she wore mostly black and white
printed clothing, matching with
the boys and wore a lot of gold
colored jewelry. she hated the big,
think chains, so she opted for big
rings instead. in this era dark eyes
with nude lips was her usual. thigh
high socks with hight tops sneakers
were her statement pieces. as for
nails, the were mostly painted
black and non-acrylic.

' PERFORMANCES! ₊˚.༄ ೃ -
she didn't get a lot of screen
time since she didn't have many
center parts on choreographies.
dances were very masculine, so
daeun was shoved on the back
some times. however, her rap
stood out, even if they were
short. bighit decided to test
the waters before giving daeun
her well deserved center
position. daeun's stage persona
was cocky and intimidating,
which gave fuel to haters to
start saying she was rude
and mean.

' PERSONALITY! ₊˚.༄ ೃ -
she was a shy and awkward bean.
daeun was still trying to get used
to the whole idol thing, and, on top
of that, being in a male dominant
group. her interactions with the
boys were weird and small, spe-
cially since they all shared a single room. she would only talk when
asked to and would stay quiet as
to not disturb them. slowly, she
started warming up to them and
felt a bit more comfortable
around them. her least favou-
rite part were interviews.

she was very self conscious due
to the hate she started getting.
daeun still was a teenager so it defenitely hit her hard and made
her even more quiet. the boys
weren't much help either, since
they didn't know how to treat her.
they tried their best though, and pulled through it together.

' RUMORS & SCANDALS! ₊˚.༄ ೃ -
obviously, people didn't take
in very well the fact that daeun
was the only female in between
seven guys, so the hate was ex-
pected. apart from that, the group
got a lot of mixed reactions, adding
to the fact that they came from a
small company. no one believed
they would succeed. however, they
started gaining a small but suppor-
tive fanbase and, surprisingly, a
lot of fans defended daeun and her
position in the group.

a rumor that surfaced later on,
was that the boys didn't get along
with daeun, some people going
to the extent of saying they hated
each other. this all came because
of daeun's shy and awkward de-
meanor. it was all a misunderstan-
ding.

other than that, bighit made
sure daeun stayed on the low
for the most part. she wasn't
seen involved in any more
rumors.

' FACTS! ₊˚.༄ ೃ -

━━ hair hip length, most of the times straight, sometimes in a high ponytail. she didn't dye her hair.

━━ green eyes hypnotized everyone.

━━ her raps were very breathy when dancing. she wasn't very stable.

━━ very soft spoken, in contrast to
her stage persona. the beginning of
her duality streak.

━━ hid during the 'shirt lifting' part of we are bulletproof pt. 2 choreography.

━━ her interactions with jungkook
were so awkward. both of them were
so shy around each other and jungkook seemed to take tiny steps away from her and stuttered whenever she was around.

━━ was scared of yoongi. he didn't like her very much, either way.

━━ her voice was very raspy.

━━ jimin and daeun were heavily shipped together.

━━ somehow became a lot of people's
bias.
