Chapter 37: The Backfired

Bianca walks up to Gisella who was just glaring around. "I heard from Rosetta Ling that you want an interview with her, we're old acquaintance, don't worry. I have already spoken to her, and she agrees to speak with you later." she smiles purely at the confused Gisella.

"Why are you so nice to me all of a sudden?" Gisella cocks her head to the side with a confused look on her face.

"I was wrong before, but that wasn't my intention, I misunderstood you." she gave Gisella the  I am sorry look, " This is an apology to show my sincerity," she stretches out the glass of juice to her. "Rosetta Ling is waiting for you upstairs, If you don't believe me, I'll accompany you,"

Gisella knows fully well that something is not right but yet still agrees to go with her. she collects the glass from her but Immediately Bianca looks away, she threw the juice inside the flower vase that was beside her and puts the glass on her lips pretending as if she drank it all.

With a shimmering smile. "I won't trouble Signorina Ling," she insisted.

Bianca smiles at Gisella as she pretends to feel slight dizziness as she holds her head gently, stroking a strand of hair away from her face.

A few minutes later. They arrive on the fourth floor of a hotel that was close to the Company party complex.

Room 405. Bianca smirks as she was about knocking on the door. "Signorina Ling, I have brought my colleague over, Open the door," This Romano Alfredo, what is he up to? she thinks as sweats drip from her forehead. "Maybe she is drunk already, but luckily I brought along her key card with me," she added.

Gisella looks at Bianca as If she was tipsy. "If she is drunk, I should make an appointment with her next time,"

Gisella turns to leave but Bianca grabs her arm. "Don't be in a hurry to leave, I have purposely helped to arrange for this appointment, don't waste this opportunity," she warns with a fake smile.

She slides in the card to the card hole. The door opens but the room was dark that she can't see anything from outside. "Ugh?" Gisella furrows her eyes. I can't stay here. she thinks.

Bianca walks in as she opens the door wide for Gisella. "Gisella, why don't you come in?"  She groans and grabs Gisella's arm but Gisella pushes her in and the door slams itself hard, then she ran away.

"Bitch," Bianca roars. From behind her, someone grabs her inside making her scream.

"I just heard a man's voice. There is no way it was Rosetta Ling," she talks to herself as the elevator stops.

Immediately She exit the elevator, She saw Nora. "Gisella," she calls in shock as she runs to her holding her hand. "Where have you been Gisella? I just turned around and you were gone!" she added.

"What happened?" A recognized voice was heard from behind them. It was Signor Nicolo and Alessandro.

Gisella furrows her eyes as she grabs Leonora's shirt. "Hurry up, let's go back!" she inquires.

She drags Nora. "Uh, Gisella? Signor Nicolo? Gisella wait, where are you going?" Nora stammered as Gisella drags her.

"Follow them!" Nicolo tells  Alessandro in haste.

Arrives in Room 405. "Help! Someone help me!"  She screams. "Let go of me, don't you dare touch me. Help, someone please come," she added.

Gisella brings out the key card from her pocket and opens the door. "Stop it!" she yells. Leonora grasps and looks back to see Signor Nicolo and Alessandro as they both rushed in.

A few minutes later. Bianca was laying on the hospital bed with oxygen on her nose. "Mio Caro, Nicolo. What do we do now?" Gisella asks her upset husband in frights.

"Well, that will depend on Publisher Conte's luck. If you have time to think about others, why don't you think about calming me down?" He rolls his eyes angrily at Gisella.

"Are you angry? what is the matter..." Gisella's voice became sad.

"You know fully well that Bianca hates your guts but yet you still believed her words. Do you have any idea how dangerous it is this time?" He groans at her as he walks away leaving Gisella stunned.

"Where are you going? wait for me!" She yells as she runs after him.

They enter the parking lot with Gisella still chasing him. "Nicolo dear, don't be angry, I swear to you, I will not joke about my safety and the safety of our unborn babies in the future," she pleads with him.

Nicolo halts. "The same thing happened last time, what can you do if I'm not around to protect you and our unborn child?" he spats without turning to look at how sorry her face might have been.

The statement left Gisella speechless. She walks closer to him and rests her head on his back. "Mi Tesoro," She turns him around to face her meeting with his emerald eyes that are almost teary. This made Gisella sad and shocked at the same time because her Nicolo that is grumpy and strict is about to cry?

Without nothing to say. She leans forward and planted a deep kiss on his lip even without her body touching his body because of the pregnancy plump. Nicolo closes his eyes as he kisses her back wholeheartedly as if being tasty for her warm kiss and hugs.

Gisella pulls away slightly with Nicolo's arm still wrapped around her waist. "I believe, you will always be by my side to protect us." she kisses him again, this time with all pleasure surrounding her pregnant puss.

TWO DAYS AFTER THE INCIDENT

Bianca arrives to work, but this time she is sharing an engagement party card with everyone. Leonora Immediately hands over one to Gisella with confusion written all over her face. "Gisella, Am I mistaking the name of the man she is about getting engage to?"  she flinches. "The family of Romano Alfredo and Bianca Contenese?"

"Gisella Molinero," Bianca calls from behind. "Don't think I will let you off so easily. Now Romano Alfred is here to back me up, it's a  matter of time before I get rid of you!" she smirks at the both of them.

"Gisella didn't force you to be with anyone because he is influential. You are the one who got yourself raped by involving her Ex- Suitor who you know is powerful in his field and he wants to use you to get to her because she refuses to marry him," Leonora roars at Bianca angrily.

Bianca's face was Immediately flushed with anger. Gisella smiles as she looks at her. "You have chosen your path, nobody asked you to marry him."

"You're the one that pulled us together! The person on that day should've been you," Bianca yells furiously at the top of her lungs making everyone gather around. "You're the real bitch. You tricked thousands of people. You and Romano Alfredo are the perfect matches!" she roars in anger.

Without many words, Gisella Slaps Bianca Right across the face. "Do I know how you two are related?" Gisella yells at her in rage. "I refused his proposal because I know how stupid and bad he was, I was never in love with him but someone else. Here you stand in front of me flaunting rubbish?"

Everyone flinched as they watch them. Bianca roars. "You middle-class bitch. You dare to slap me?"

"What happened?" One of the publishers asks as she walks in between the rest workers.

"It was Team leader Conte who was looking for trouble with Gisella," Another replies.

"Gisella Molinero, Bianca Conte. Both of you come to my office now!" Chief Publisher, Russo Durante yelled at them. "Signora Jolanda, you too," he walks away leaving Jolanda confused.

"What happened just now? why did Gisella start a fight?" One of the workers asks Leonora in haste.

"I don't know. Don't ask me,"  Leonora flings her arm at him and walks away.
