Chapter 7: Animan

Marinette and Adrien went on with their daily lives until a certain teen drama made both of them concerned!

Nino: "Adrien, I think I have a crush on Marinette!"

Adrien: "It's fine Nino, I'll introduce you to her..."

Meanwhile

Marinette: "Adrien is so dreamy..."

Alya: "I can ask him for a date with you..."

Marinette: "No! No, don't!" she says as she falls down!

Then Nino walked towards them!

Nino: "Hey Marinette, wanna hang out at the Zoo?"

Marinette: "Huh?"

NIno: "There are some new exhibits! Wanna hang out and see them?"

Adrien: "That's a great idea!"

Marinette: "Alright!"

Alya: "Yeah can we join in?"

Nino: "Yeah..."

Alya and Adrien said that they will be there, but might arrive late!

Then a certain Tofu Chef passed through...

Alya: "Whoa!"

Marinette: "What happened?"

???: "You almost broke my Tofu..."

Then a robber ran past him!

Then the person that was robbed ran chasing the robber, but the robber was tripped!

??? then took the flying wallet and caught it! Then he threw back the wallet back to the person!

Almost robbed person: "Who are you?"

???: "Grandma once said this: He who walks the path of heaven will rule over everything, Tendou Souji!"

Alya: "Egotistical much..."

Marinette: "Let's go Alya!"

Then the two went to the zoo...

While Tendou drops his tofu off at his house!

Nino and Marinette sat at a bench next to each other at the zoo, both being nervous!

Nino: "Marinette, I heard that there's a new exhibit!"

Marinette: "Really? What is it?"

Nino: "Panther Exhibit!"

Meanwhile, Kim and Max were at the panther exhibit making fun of the Panther!

The caretaker was visibly upset!

Caretaker: "Go away your making her uncomfortable, and it's her feeding time!"

Kim: "I bet I can outrun it!"

Max: "Let's see, with the added wind resistance and terminal velocity, you won't outrun it, you'll be its next meal!"

Then Kim continues to ridicule the panther!

Then finally Kim and Max went away!

The caretaker was so upset about Kim making fun of the Panther, then an Akuma appears!

Hawkmoth: "Unleashing the animal in each of us. I like that idea."

The Akuma then arrives and merges into the caretaker's bracelet!

Hawkmoth: "Animan! Your fellow brethren have been ridiculed by these humans, I'm giving you the power to prove which species is superior, and in exchange, you will have to fetch me Ladybug and Chat Noir's magic jewelry!"
