Chapter 5

Lena's pov

I wake up next to something rather hot. I make my way towards it.

That's when I realize it's somebody's body temperature which is wrapping around my whole body.

What happened last night? My last memory is when I ordered my 5 shut and after that, it's all blurry.

Wait.

It's Kara's apartment.

I know that smell way too good. It's like home to me...home...wait I remember

God why did I tell her I'm homeless without her....

My lips start to burn from the memory of last night. Did we kissed?

God we did...and it was amazing....at least for me.

I'm so glad she stopped me before I could do anything stupid

I turn to my other side carefully not to wake her up. She wrapped me into her arms and it feels so good. If I don't know she is a goddess I would think she's an Angel.

Her honey blonde hair, soft skin and pretty mouth she couldn't be anything else but perfect.

I couldn't help but plant a soft kiss on her forehead. She smiles at me like it's a regular thing between us.

'Did you know it's creepy if you watch someone in their sleep' she is smiling even more

'Did you know it's a crime to be this beautiful in the morning' I say back to her 'Good morning to you too, Sunshine' I kiss her cheek once more

'Good morning Babe' she says this nickname so easily which makes me feel butterflies all over my body

'I'm sorry about last night' I starts to apologize when I get cut with a kiss on my lips

'Well... I don't' she says it and I know from her ocean blue eyes that it's true

'We have to talk about it tho' she knows I'm right

'What about a dinner tonight?' she asks shyly

'You mean as a date?'

'If you want it to be then yes' she smiles and her cheeks are turning red

'Of course I want it. There's nothing I would like more' I kiss her softly on her lips

'Then what about 7 p.m. at our place. They have your kale salad and my potstickers.'

'Sounds amazing to me' I'm smiling like an idiot 'Now I have one question...'

'What is it?' Kara asks with worried eyes

'How can I survive the day without you?'

'Aww baby your too sweet' she kisses me with a little more passion.
I hear something...

'I guess we should make something to eat' I giggle at her

'Yeah that would be good' She says a little embarrassed

I get up and head to the kitchen. I know she is a terribly cook so I'll make something for her

'Does pancake sounds good to you?'

'It does but I don't know how to make it' she became shy whenever she have to admit something weakness of hers.

'That's fine. Honey, don't forget that you can be just Kara with me. It's fine not knowing things or not be able to do something. I know that you're a goddess don't worry about that, but I've already loved Kara Danvers before I met Supergirl'

'Rao I don't deserve you'

I wrap my hands around her hips and kiss her. In that kiss there is every pain and fear from the last couple of months.

Our lips move perfectly on each other like they were made for each other.

She moans into it which leads me to an opportunity to explore her mouth even more.

Our tongues battle for dominance and there is now way I'm gonna let her win this time. Unfortunately we had to break the kiss for air.

She holds me even stronger and hug me as hard as she can, not to break me. She speaks into my neck but I'm not able to hear it.

'What Honey?' I ask

'Nothing important you will know it later' she says smiling

'Okay then let's focus on your breakfast do you want to learn how to do a pancake?'

'Yes please'

(after breakfast)

'We have to go, Kara' it's 9 am and she should be at work by now

'I don't want to leave'

'Why is that, Hun?'

'Because I have everything I ever wanted and I'm afraid that if we step out of that door I will lose you just like I lost everybody I have ever lo... liked.' I can see a single tear in the corner of her eye

'You won't lose me I promise you. We just have to work and after we can go to dinner together'

'Do we really have to? I mean you're the CEO it's your company and technically your my boss'  she tries to find a solution

'Yes bae we have to work. Lcorp is my company because I have never skipped a workday before. And even if I'm your boss, National city needs its superhero which means I have to let mine go away for a little bit'

I can tell she's not happy about it but she knows I'm right

'Let's go then' she finally give up
