"Everyone calm down!" Yelled one of the others as the room erupted in noise, after mentioning that Draven was back.

The elders plea didn't work, it just made things louder.

I had been pretty much numb to the situation.

I guess it just hasn't kicked in yet.

Eventually, everything quieted down enough, just enough for the speaking elder to be heard.

"Now, I know you all have some questions."

The room erupted again.

"Draven is back! We need to catch and execute him!" Someone suggested loudly.

   They yelled in agreement.

"Ebony." I heard someone whisper in my ear.

    "Hm?"
I was pretty out of it.

"You don't seem like you should be here right now."

"Probably not." I responded, yet making no move to leave.

   "Let's take a walk Eb."

I turned to the voice, which turned out to be Blake.

"If I leave this room, I'll be seen as a coward, and if I leave this room, he might find me."

DRAVENS POV.

"Argh! Stop!" I yelled in pain, trying to stop the demon in my head from taking over.

It's like being in a mental prison.

"You don't want me to leave. You like being the executioner." It growled menacingly.

"No! Stop! You killed my family!"

"Maybe so Draven. But you know I won't leave. I must be a god."

  "Get the hell out!"

I felt my ears and nose drip with black blood.

    "We are becoming one, Draven."

I had been going through this pain at least three times a week for the past two decades.

"You will never be the king of magic."

"No. I won't. I will be the god."

"I can't let you hurt my niece. She's the only family I have. You killed them all!"

   That shut him up.

I collapsed on the wooden floor of Ebony, Blake and Briars house.

I need to get him away from here.

Soon enough, I was back in my apartment, the same place I had been hiding out since my sister and her husband died.

I wish people would listen to me. Then maybe I could live a normal life, maybe even get this demon out.

   I sighed.

Ebony looked so much like her mom and dad.

I layer down on my bed, sending a prayer to my sister before drifting off to a pain filled sleep.

"Draven. We must kill Ebony. She's standing in our way."

"The fact that you think I, or the brother would let you hurt her, is a damn joke in itself."

I felt my collar bone break.

I groaned in pain.

"And you're an idiot if you don't see the answer itself."

"Oh yeah? Well then, do tell me what the hell that is demon."

"It's simple Draven." I could hear his smirk in his words.

"We must kill those dear brothers. Blake and Briar."
