Maya's POV
we stood there silent at the elevator moved. we had talked so much in the last two weeks I think we ran out of words. I took a deep breath in trying to smell anything other than the hospital. before I could even think about the smell the doors opened. I looked up to see everyone standing about 20 feet from the door. Jack walked closer to me and Andy as we hobbled out of the elevator. that's when I saw it. Jack's hand. more like what was in his hand. a box, small the kind every girl knew by heart. that was when he got down on his knee,
"Maya Bishop, it took me a long time to find the words to say. Mostly because none of them do justice to how amazing you are, to how much I love, to how much I need you, and to how scared I was when I thought I was losing you. I couldn't find the word to say and I still can't. but I do know some words, I Love You and I want to spend the rest of my life with you, so will you marry me, Maya."
I couldn't believe what I was hearing, I thought i was the only one. it made me less scared about what I had to tell him.
I turn to Andy to see what she thought, relieved to see her nod yes.
I turned back to jack "Yes, but" I decided now was the best time. "I'm Pregnant"
