In reality, I didn't fall asleep. I just wanted to see what Richie would say about me.
"Hey Bev." I hear Richie say.
"What's up, Richie? You look miserable." Bev asks.
"I want to go out and smoke a cigarette or have a shot of vodka but, I don't want to lose Eddie. I knew it would be hard, Eddie means more to me though. I've been in love with him since I could remember, those 6 months were miserable! I lied and I lost him." Richie explains. I smile to myself.
"Hey, Eddie, you up?" Bev whispers.
"My cover is blown!" I snort. Richie smiles and pulls me into his lap.
"Babe, is what you said true?" I ask.
"Yeah. I'm sorry." Richie whispers.
"No, No, don't be sorry."
Richie smiles and looks at me. I fall asleep.
