R142 carriage 1205 has xenon headlights, not standard headlights.

R62 carriage 1438 is a lead car. Now this may sound a little confusing to you, however you can let my extensive knowledge on the New York City Subway tell you all about it. IRT trains (The 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Local 6, Express 6) usually have a the number 0, 1, 5 or 6 at the end of the unit number f.e 1331 or 1465. Now, here is why this is so unusual, On 28 August 1991, at around midnight, an R62 4 train bound for New Lots Avenue smashed into a support pillar at 50 MPH while changing tracks at a point (junction), it was found that the driver of the train was at fault because the bastard was drunk. As a result of his recklessness, there were 5 fatalities and 211 injuries, the driver survived, was arrested and fired. Units 1440 (The lead carriage) 1439, 1437 and 1436 were in the front of the train. 1440 smashed head on into the pillar, ripping the front in half and the roof came off. 1439 was folded between the local and express tracks. 1437, got the worst of the crash and was split in half. 1436 and 1435 were also seriously damaged. As a result, 1440, 1439, 1437, 1436, and 1435 were scrapped... For whatever stupid reason 1438 which was the 3rd car in the trainset was undamaged... I am so confused as to how this was possible but it is and now it is in the 3 train with 25 other R62 units and is partnered with 1431, 1432, 1433 and 1434.
