When I am bored, I just listen to this song, it's from an anime I finished called Banana Fish (2018).
It's called Eiji (英二) Who is a character in the show who is visiting the US and gets involved in a mafia scuffle.
This anime has some um *cough* gay in it lol, especially toward the beginning. The only reason I wasn't cringing as much was because the story was good, so I watched the whole thing to the end at Episode 24 (Which had a sad ending).

It's was a theme song for the anime Beatless (2018) too, I like anything cyberpunk or technology related which is why I chose this song. When I am writing in Agent London, I imagine it as if it was on a TV show and this was the theme song for it.
As for Eiji, It's could be a casual song for times when London and Moonlake are relaxing together after or before London had a mission to complete.
