Never Ending Bond (Completed)

(Ash's POV)

"But did you see that last move?" Clemont asks.

"Yeah," I respond. "it transformed into a ninja sword!"

"Wait," Bonnie says, "swords are usually metal, right?"

"So," Clemont says, "that means the last move that Greninja used in our battle must've been a Steel type move!"

"I know who can help us with that!" I say running out of the gym with my Pokemon following me.

"Wait!" Clemont says.

"Hurry up, Clemont!" Bonnie says.

We are now running in Lumiose City.

After some time... we get to our destination. Well, it took Clemont some more time.

Prof. Sycamore's lab...

I returned Noivern to its Pokeball since it doesn't fit through the door.

After that, I opened the door to see someone picking their starter Pokemon. 

Prof. Sycamore is explaining each Pokemon to her.

I took out Noivern out of its Pokeball.

"So this Pokemon is Froakie." Prof. Sycamore says, "It reminds of a trainer who competed in the Kalos League. His name is-"

"Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town!" The girl says, looking at me.

Prof. Sycamore hasn't spotted me yet, "Yes. His Greninja is a-" Yes he has.

"Hey, Prof. Sycamore!" I say.

"Ash!" He says. "When did you come back?!"

I explain the whole story about how Greninja came back to us, to him.

"Wait..." The girl says. "so your Greninja is now shiny?!"

"Did your bond get stronger?" He asks.

"Yeah!" I say.

"It looks like the bond phenomenon made Greninja stay in your signature form!"

I looked at Greninja. It's in our synced form.

"I didn't even notice!" I say.

Clemont and Bonnie finally come into the lab.

"Clemont was tired and it took him forever to get up the stairs!" Bonnie says.

"Three minutes is NOT a long time!" Clemont pants.

"Prof. Sycamore," I say, "earlier me and Clemont had a battle and something was odd. Greninja used Cut to finish off Luxray... but it turned into the shape of a ninja sword. We are wondering if you can help us find out what move this could be?"

"I'd love to!" He says, "But I need Anna to pick her starter Pokemon first."

"I choose Froakie!" Anna says, "Ash inspired me to choose it!"

I look at her. 

The Froakie looks at Greninja and then speks to it.

"What's it saying?" Anna asks.

"I think it's saying that it's going to be like Greninja some day!" I respond.

"You will!" Anna says to Froakie.

"How about we check out this ninja sword now?" Prof. Sycamore says.

"Aw, I forgot to heal Greninja!" I say smacking my forehead.

"No worries. We have a machine here that can easily heal a Pokemon!"

After Greninja is healed, Prof. Sycamore asks us to follow him.

Greninja was a Pokemon I got from Prof. Sycamore. Well, it chose me! It knew we were going to accomplish things that everyone has yet to achieve.

Anyways, we go further into the building and then we walk into a room. It's a battlefield!

"I didn't know you had this in your lab!" Clemont says.

"Well," Prof. Sycamore, "we need to study Pokemon skills too!"

I walked to one end of the battlefield while Prof. Sycamore goes to the other.

Everyone else, including my Pokemon, go to the sidelines.

"Alright, Garchomp! Let's go!" Prof. Sycamore says as he throws a Pokeball. 

Garchomp appears.

"Greninja, I choose you!" I say.

Greninja, in our synced form, runs to up in the battlefield.

"Since you're already in your form, Garchomp shall Mega Evolve!"

Prof. Sycamore powers up his mega ring. Garchomp's mega stone glows around its neck.

Garchomp mega evolves!

"Start it off with Dragon Pulse!" Garchomp releases a powerful attack!

"Double Team!" I say.

The Dragon Pulse only hits one Greninja.

Hundreds of Greninja appeared.

"Now use Water Shuriken!" 

Every Greninja powers up their Water Shuriken.

"Use Hyperbeam on every Greninja!" Prof. Sycamore commands.

Garchomp unleashes its Hyper Beam.

The Greninja unleash a Water Shuriken.

Garchomp is hit and every Greninja had disappeared.

"Where did Greninja go?!" Bonnie asks.

"You'll see!" I say.

Greninja appears behind Garchomp.

"Wha-?" Prof. Sycamore is shocked.

"Use Cut!" 

It happened again.

Before Greninja attacked, Cut turned into the shape of a ninja sword.

It hits Garchomp. 

"No way!!" Prof. Sycamore says.

"Cut, again!" I command.

The sword appears in Greninja's hand and hits Garchomp once again.

"Stop." Prof. Sycamore says.

Our Pokemon stop battling.

"I think I've come up with an idea as to what's causing Cut to change. Greninja is widely used in ninja tribes. Greninja is a Pokemon that is a ninja. Your bond got stronger which caused Cut to become more powerful. Luckily, I have device to check what it was."

After a while, Prof. Sycamore says, "It's a Steel type move for sure!"

"I was right!" Bonnie says.

"Do you know what the move is called?" I asked.

"It has never been discovered... until now!" Prof. Sycamore responds, "You can name the move!"
