HEAVEN CAN WAIT
"No, if the angels took me from this earth, I would tell them bring me back to her"

"WAAAAHH! Its been so long! Tadaima!"
Seeing Sana all happy to be back home made me wonder. Why hadn't I just been honest from the start, why did I lie to her for 2 straight years...
I am idiot. I am disappoint...
"HAHA! BAK BAK MOTHERFUCKER!" And now we have Minghao, shouting vulgarly to a group of ducks roaming along the river.
Like I'm no expert in duck latin, but one of them kept quaking like it was telling him to quiet the fuck down.
'Cause same, bruh.
And apparently the people around us got their kicks and laughs while observing the two weirdos; my two weirdos. One wouldn't stop yelling profanities to a group of ducks, while the other spat fire so goddamn fast that the only words I caught were 'jodan ja nai yo' and 'akan'.
To be perfectly honest I regret inviting them. Much less bringing them out into public.
I don't get paid enough for this.
Technically, I don't get paid for doing any of this...
"Thing 1 and 2, please haul your asses over here. We've got places to be!", I yelled and they responded with 'Okie Dokie', waving bye to their duck friends before jogging to catch up with me.
"It's official, I'm moving to Osaka", said Ming, his hands resting behind his head as he walked in front of Sana and I.
"Oh, really? So you're just gonna leave ma and pa like that? Tsk, what a terrible son you are. Do they know all the terrible things you've done as well?", I tried to tease him but he's not that much of a fool. Ming titled his head back, looking, eyes speaking to me like they always do. And this time, they were telling me I was full of shit. Which wouldn't be incorrect, but still, fuck him.
From that point on until our destination, neither of us said a word to each other. Then all of a sudden Sana held my hand in hers where, and I kid you not, almost fell to my knees.
She can't jus-just catch people off guard like that, geez!
Before anything reasonably flustered and baffled could fly outta my mouth, she, thankfully, pointed to a sign. A moving crab sign. Our destination.
"K-kani...douraku...?" She didn't sound too sure about the place in front of us and if it was our destination, or if it was her stomach begging her to eat some crab. Maybe both. 'Cause crab sounds good right about now.
"Yup" And no I didn't pop the p. "Shall we go in?", I held open the door, motioning for her to head in first. She smiled.
Once she had gone in, Ming came up to me, that same expressionless face he does whenever business is involved.
He took a glance at his watch, then mumbled, "She's gonna have to know about it sooner or later. Trust me sis, don't keep up pent up any longer, I only want the best for you and her. Right?" He grinned, flashing his reassuringly signature smile. Except nothing felt or seemed reassuring. It felt outlandish. Out of place. A facade...something.
Ahhhh, i'm probably just sleep deprived...actually not probably, i am sleep deprived
I just squinted my eyes to make sure reality wasn't playing tricks on me. "R-right". Draping an arm over his shoulder, the both of us went inside.

"Gochuumon wa okimari desu ka?"
"Mmm, wakatake wo hitotsu onegaishimasu-"
I could listen to her speak Japanese all day. Despite me not knowing what the heck she be saying half the time. But that's ok, barriers are meant to be broken.
"Tz-"
"Tzuyu..."
"Huh? W-what?" I hate interruptions getting in the way of my daydreams.
My brows furrow when I glance at Minghao, who didn't say anything except move his head in a way to look at someone else, and not at him. But when I did look in the direction he was pointing, Sana was there, glaring at me.
Sana bit her lip then spoke, "Tzuyu, what are you ordering? Do you want to share...or are you getting something else?"
I legit didn't even get a chance to read the menu. Well no shit, I can't read Japanese. No offense to Sana or anyone. That's just me being lowkey uncultured to learn the language.
"U-uh- I guess just share with you", I hesitated. Only because the one time where we did share a meal, Sana wouldn't stop complaining about why I ate the rest of her tteokbokki. Like girl, keep up then. We don't waste food, nuh uh, not on my watch.
It was only for a millisecond, but a frown told me she wasn't too pleased to hear that.
Oh well.
The waitress left us to ourselves.
None of us spoke.
None of us made a move.
Everything was silen-
"Sooooo when am I gonna be an uncle? Hmmm?"
"SHUT UP MINGHAO!"
